Used to have this on my iPhone 6s and it was great! Now have Samsung s22 ultra and having lots of trouble. Added some styles to favorites and when I went to choose a photo, they were gone, and photo that I wanted to apply styles to was not visible. Just a monochrome screen that changed color when applying a style. I thought getting a more recent phone would streamline my experience and be much better, but unfortunately was not the case. I am so disappointed.

I loved this app but I haven't used it for a little while. What happened to the slider that controls the filter strength? It was a key feature that made the app usable but it appears to be gone. I'm on Android FWIW. Edit: thanks for the reply. While that's not an intuitive placement, I'm happy to see that the feature still exists.

The app has some problems to apply the filters. It does not apply them on selection. I have to reenter the filter and select again apply. This was not behaving like that in the past. S22 ultra user here. Step 1 : Select a picture Step 2 : Select a filter Then instead of the image showing the result after the loading wait time, I see a black image, and I have to reselect the filter and in the menu that opens press apply on the right side of the screen. And this does not work always even. I purchased the pro subscription also, so I am not sure if this also helps.

Been using this app for a few years. Liked it well enough to subscribe the past few years. Last few times I've opened it, it has been a complete fail. When I tap the pic I want to edit, it just shows a black screen where the pic should be. Regretting paying for the service now. FWIW, recently upgraded from Galaxy S20+ to S22 Ultra.

App CLAIMS to have 700+ styles but I'd be surprised to learn that they even have half of that amount. Many styles are just plain boring & the thumbnail "preview" is often misleading. Also, ever since a recent update, any time you are looking thru the style gallery & you see a filter you want to add, tapping on the plus sign immediately applies it to the photo & you have to start over from the beginning. I have a 1 year sub that ends in july & an alarm set for the day before so i can uninstall!

App stopped working. Now any style I apply has ZERO effect (not exaggerating) on the picture. I can move the style slider between 0-100 and see NO difference. And tried with multiple pictures too. Even after updating to latest the same thing. Basically it's a filter app that can't filter. I'm sorry, I have no choice.

I really LIKED this app and even purchased the premium version.... It worked fine for years but now all the sudden its does not work at all... I sent 2 emails with only a automaticly generated response... and no follow up at all... I'm so very VERY disappointed with this company and app... going to file a complaint with Google play store... they certainly took my money... still it doesn't work... STILL NO ANSWER FROM THEM 😵‍💫

I tried it with two of my images and I was so happy with the results! Saved me so much time for my project, I was looking for a watercolor look and I didn't have to digitally paint anything! I recommend as long as you don't need complex editing!

Edit, I'm dumb, I just figured out how to do it I am so sorry.I really enjoy using this app, but it seems you've taken away the ability that allowed me to change the percentage of the filter I want exposed. I love the new stuff you've added, but would really like to have that as well.

Still waiting for my subscription to be updated as I already paid for this a few years ago. I've contacted the developer twice already and have been told they were working on it. That was weeks ago. It shouldn't take this long to update the account. Ready to uninstall. So you answer the response I got: No it hasn't been fixed at all. **UPDATE 5.01.22 - I'm still waiting for this to be fixed....

Great features! Can make images have the most unique styles of any editing app out there! Transform your photos into one of a kind works of art! Don't forget to use the slider option to tweak the intensity of the applied effect!

Super easy to use!! Very addicting!! Once you try 2 or 3, filters you keep going. Each type of artwork evokes different feelings even though it is 1 picture. Amazing!!

I use this app to explore pallete options for painting 3d busts (~1/10 scale) and miniatures (28mm-75mm). Prisma allows me to turn realistic photos of the models into a variety of different color schemes that are as impressionistic/contemporar as I like. The premade filters make it very easy to get started quickly. It has limited Photoshop-like functions (e.g., exposure, gamma, etc). The power is in combining the rich set of artistic tools with the photo-editing tools. Pro is well worth it.

I've had a subscription for years and have added well over 100 styles to my favorites. I open the app now and it says I have no saved styles. The 1st time this happened I re-added all of them to my favorites, tedious. I go to use the app and all gone. Again, I re-add them. For the 3rd time I open the app and nada, again. Please don't ask me to process a photo with every style I want to save. My time is more valuable than that. You need to fix the issue on your end. This is not what I pay for.

IT'S FREE! You have to dodge the Payment screens, and most filters have to be bought, but there's plenty of free filters and the options are great (for a free app). I end up using PSexpress (also a free app) to do more enhancements, so the in-app edits could be better. I would consider buying if file sizes/resolution options were made larger (much larger).

Yet another app asking for bank info before you even try it out so that's a big no for me. Spare yourself the time of downloading. This trend of asking for bank details before you try is getting ridiculous. If they had any confidence in their product they would not feel the need to use such shady techniques where many users report they were still charged because of the cancellation process being more complicated than it makes out.

I have a Lensa subscription, and I found out Prisma Art is the same company. With as much as you charge for the subscription you would think the two would be one package. I definitely don't use it enough for that price. Most people would appreciate to have both. I did the free trial for this but it was not worth the price so I canceled.

GOODBYE!!!! BEEN FAITHFULLY USING THIS APP FOR -YEARS- BUT NO MORE. THEY KEEP MESSING WITH THINGS AND RUINING IT. I'M DONE. Luckily there are many better alternatives in the play store now!!! Definitely not worth $20/yr!!! 🤣 You absolutely ran a great app into the GROUND. WOW. So unfortunate. UPDATE: Haven't used this in about a year since they ruined it. Checked in just now and it's even worse. Failing terribly because they're trying to "discount" their ridiculous membership. R.I.P. 🥀

I decided to get a subscription to this app because I thought it was interesting, But now that I have one. I have not seen 700 styles. What a waste of my money, because it hasn't offer anything to me. The styles that were offered are not interesting. This app keeps over heating my phone.

I'm so confused, I purchased the yearly premium subscription last December but suddenly the app seems to think I never did. I almost never pay for apps but prisma was so cool I went for it as a Christmas gift for myself. Shouldn't I still have 6 months? ANNNNNND IM AN IDIOT. I just needed to sign in again.😅

Today is 4-10-2022 and I just purchased a year subscription from Play Store. I am logged into the Prisma app on my brand new Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra. My photos are showing up and when I try to open a photo a black screen is over the image. I have logged out and logged back in. No good. I turned of the phone and rebooted. No go. I will wait a bit for your response before requesting a refund.

None of the styles are working. Each and every picture editing shows a dark blue screen. Any ideas about when the update will be available to fix the problem?

There have sometimes been update issues with account settings/subscriptions but they addressed this quickly and it is still one of the best stylizing/filtering app to make unique pictures into something totally different.

I loved using the free version, so I upgraded to the pay version. Now I can't get any of the artwork to apply, they only darken the photo to a black screen. I can't do anything please help!

The developer responded to me saying that there are no ads inside the app for other apps but there is an advertisement for an app called lensa. This advertisement shows up when you try selecting the first option on your styles.

It's a cool app and fun to play with But the naming of the filters don't seem to describe what the filter does. Kinda like they don't know what to call the filter and they just pick a random word or idea. Even the thumbnail pictures of the filters rarely match what the filter will do. I would rather have filter names like Pastel, Oil Paint, Colored Pencils and have it look like those kinds of drawings. And have filters like brick, canvas, paper to look more like that kind of media. Another problem I have is that too many filters look like the same as another filter (I don't consider it as 700+ filters if more than half look almost the same)

I used to be able to control the intensity of the filter by sliding my finger left or right across the picture. Has this feature completely gone away? Or is it in a new place?

I just downloaded the prisma photo effect app and noticed two of my function buttons are ghosted and can't use. I am a premium subscriber. One button looks like the number 8 and the second one is to the left of the edit button and looks like two photos together. Can you help. Is there a settings button? Thanks Jack

Changed from 5 stars to 1, since now it doesn't work. It's all black. Has been like that for weeks. Used to be my favorite editing app :/ P.S. I have a Galaxy Tab S8 (an 11" tablet), not the Galaxy S22.
