Priv - Beauty On Demand

This app is garbage. As a customer, I cannot send images for inspiration photos to the artist for makeup. Not all of the available people are shown on the app. I had to go to the website to get more information about availability, etc.

I've partnered with priv for over 2 years now as a nailtech and I must say my experience has been very pleasant. I see many reviews stating it's not located in their area. For that, I suggest contacting client services (Google the number) seeing that they have expanded to many suburban areas since I first joined. With anything new, there are kinks and tweaks that have to be worked out over time therefore my overall review of the app is good. I say give it a try before rating it🙂.

I've had this app for awhile during the pandemic. I have NOT used a service yet. I've just been toying with the idea of it... Well, today I finally decided to try it and book an appointment. The app won't open!! It just pretends to open on my SG20 Note and promptly closes. Lame 😒

The app won't open on my Google pixel. Just goes black then goes to my phone's dashboard when I try to open it.

Where's the app for priv pros? This only logs in to customer accounts

worst app ever, for years. I dont understand why they cant get it figured out after being in business for over 4 years!! .. makes absolutely no sense.

I live in Phoenix, AZ very close to Scottsdale and not a single service is available in my area after i put in all my info.

Won't work on my phone. Probably bc I have latest Android version. :(

Everyone is mostly complaining about it is not in their area. I think it is a great concept where you get beauty and fitness at your convenience be at home, office or whatever. It is still a new concept so there are cities that didn't make it yet. In the near future it will, just like how Uber and Lyft started.

Seriously. I just downloaded this and setup an account to learn that ZERO services are available in my area. I mean, really!? I am 30 minutes outside LA and there is absolutely no available services around me. Wow. Great concept. Terrible execution. Is this company for sale!? I will buy it. Before I put it back on play store, they'll actually be a service to buy.

Like everyone else... Signed up, gave all my info only to find out its not available in my area. The makers of this app need to learn about targeted advertising! Talking it off my phone now.

Freezes all the time, having to keep restarting my phone. blank screen when loading sometimes. Very frustrating

Horrible interface and rude manicurists. Would avoid app and just go to my local manicurist

I thought the service would be available in ATL since they keep advertising it on the show! It's only available in NY, LA, and London. Smh

What a lousy app. Put a hold on funds before i got a confirmed appointment. Do not download!!!

People complaining it's not in their area, well, uber wasn't in mine when that started either, but people caught on. I think this is the same way. It's an excellent concept and will be as normal as uber is eventually. Give it time.

What's the point? Absolutely no services in my area. Huge disappointment and you only get one chance in my book. Immediately uninstalling this crappy app.

The app doesn't even work! Nothing happens no matter what I press! Total waste of my time. If you're going to put out a product make sure it works. So upset right now...
