I set the app language in English, but still the messages and other important informations in the app are still Ukrainian language. Those that don't speak the language must get a translator to speak with customer support if not their problems will still remain unsolved, too bad that this bank doesn't have plans for foreigners in the land.

Overall a very good and well designed app, but the problem with buying one-time tickets for public transport in Kiev and other cities needs to be fixed as soon as possible. For some people its the only way to pay for the tickets, not all forms of transport support the paper money alternative, which sometimes means you just can't use them as you've got no way to pay for them. The "technical error" upon trying to buy tickets is there for quite a while too, almost two months.

I am getting horrible customer service. I can not see any transaction history at all to know whether a payment actually went through them or not. I just keep getting asked to verify information I never gave in the first place. So I am definitely NOT giving it to them now.

I travel frequently and this app kicks me out of my account, and then wants to send me a text message to my Ukrainian number in order to let me back in. When I'm outside the country, my Ukrainian number can not receive text messages, so I end up locked out of my account the entire time that I am out of the country, unable to pay bills, transfer money, etc. I have had accounts in Canada, and their apps worked flawlessly. Why try to reinvent the wheel, especially if you can't get it right?

After the new update.... I love this app.. interface is clean , easy to organise and it work seamlessly fine.... In addition it also got dark mode.......AND THAT LANGUAGE OPTION.... I NEEDED THAT SO MUCH..... EVERY APP SHOULD HAVE DEFAULT ENGLISH and it should be changeable in settings.. but default should always be english.........LOVING THIS APP... THANKS FOR MAKING MY LIFE EASIER😊

Generally saying i like it, but 1 star is for latest update that broke update flow - i simply can't login now! Asks for an update for even fresh instalation without ability to skip it. Cache/data cleaning did not help. app version 6.01.11 android 9

Awesome app. If 70uah is deducting from your account every month then break the insurance contract.

As an expat the full GUI of the app have no English or French version. Making it impossible to interact or even copy/paste to translate. Please add Eng/Fr languages as options. Thank you.

Hey Folks, the App is amazing! New design looks awesome! However, could you fix the following issue please? Credentials are lost after every update, therefore have to complete an authentication procedure every time. Instead of just using a fingerprint login f.e. It's kinda annoying... Спасибо за ответ! Great app! Generally service going better, including also services in local branches. Specially thanks to support, had questions at 23:30 and got qualified answers. Only one remark - it will be grate if I could customize exchange rates table in ONLINE currency tab. I don't need rybles, but interested in crypto exchange rates. Overall thanks for all your efforts and keep going! It's increase your value.

After last 2 updates, app always asking to update when trying to open it. and it goes in cycle like open-update-open-update, so I can not even login. Clean reinstall did not help, just after fresh install it asked to update when opened, so app is not working at all now.

Yes i am very unsatistird with your activity and I am requesting for the official letter for SWIFT transfer why do you return my SWIF i received the money from rhe same sender 1 year ago and now it was declined and some money were held for the transaction. I can not stand that and I need to get adequate feedback and reason of not accepting the SWIFT from Middle East country now in 2021. You banned my SWIFT FOR NOTHING and I needed that urgently. What an awful service. MONOBANK WILL USE.

The apps required hi speed internet in case of overseas.

Terrible and unreliable system. After some updates in May it just stopped working correctly. Support is non-existent and useless. All they do is say they are sorry for your difficulties, but do absolutely nothing to resolve the problem.

It takes time to scan QR code in city transport... Even though I have strong net work connection, I can't scan QR code... Sometimes it's works and sometimes it's not.... Anyways the other facilities like transfer the money is very easy..
