Private DIARY Free

I've used this app for over two years ( the free version ) and I rate it very highly. Simple to use, there are useful additions to totally personalise the app. I had a glitch on the phone in early 2019 whereby I had to download all my apps, phone numbers, songs, etc to Google and go back to factory settings. When matters cleared, I couldn't get back my entries prior to April 2019. If you, as developers, can advise me how to get the lost entries back, that would be terrific. A great app.

No way to reset password, the link takes you to an error page. I'm now locked out of years of my diary. The devs have abandoned it, no updates, no support. Too bad because it used to be a good app while it was being maintained.

I HAVE USED THIS APP FOR MANY YEARS AND I CANNOT LOG-IN FROM MY NEW DEVICE. I have tried to login on site to reset and an error notice comes up!! Please please fix this-no updates, no way to communicate and get this resolved. I had many entires that I can't recover and my password doesn't work.

I'm shocked!! After using more than a year for this application, I am surprised by an update request that allows access to files and knowing where I am, I did not allow these new options, which led to closing the application, I repeatedly tried to open the application without interest, I tried to remove the application and reinstall it and agree to the new terms, and this is what was done , But the result was the loss of 100's of important files stored in the application !!! I am very sad..

Hi! I really love this app. I've been using it for over 5 years now. I wrote a bunch of stuff all throughout the years that I've used it. Recently, I lost my old phone (pickpocket). As I bought a new phone, I immediately downloaded this app. Sadly, all my entries from Jan 2017 - Dec 2018 are gone. I tried to find it using your online website but all my entries are gone. All that's left were my entries from Jan 2014 - Oct 2016. Can you pls help me? I've already sent an email but no reply :(

I really love the simplicity of this app and would give a 5, except there is no option to find answers to questions. I have emailed and received no response from developer. MULTIPLE comments regarding major problems without any assistance is not a good sign for an app that is paid for- BTW I also have a purchased version and cannot figure how to move my data. :(

I suddenly see my old review as a Google user. Oh wait that is another address. Oops, using this app since 2011 or sooner even. I need to merge databases with .zip, .diary and .db files please help And add search word and sentence again instead of the select it in a pull down menu. Searching through millions of tags in a pull down menu takes way too long.

Please make the save function a default. In this way, if we forget to save when we close, or are distracted by call, we will not lose our entry. This was the mode in an earlier version. Please restore this mode. It's the mode in all word processors like MSWORD. Thanks Shalom

This app is great and helpful. My entries were kept for many years. Even after changing different phones, I can retrieve my previous entries thru installing this app to the new phone.

Very disappointing. I installed on my new phone and everything moved over but now is gone. I haven't used it for awhile but it is not at all as I remember. I'm looking for a new diary app. I even went to the web private diary and logged in there and everything is gone there also worst app ever.

Diary working is nice. My suggestions: 1. Allow picture at the top of entry in 4:3 size 2. After opening entry, view full page, although matter is in small size Request is to make necessary changes. Otherwise it is good.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! SUGGESTION: I have been using the application since 2014 So as a responsive user, I would like to suggest to you that the site of a private diary is not secure, please purchase the security certificate to keep the user's data secure.

A very easy and daily friendly tool. I like it very much. For the pro version, you sell through bank or any other card, and that might be hard for some remote areas that we couldn't do buying. Can you do it selling through Media services in Myanmar such as MPT, or Telenor, that they may cut the mobile phone ballance when we buy, and you will draw money from them. If doing so, I think many people, including me, will surely buy.

I paid for this app years ago and have made entries into it all this time. I finally bought a new phone but this app will not restore the backup on my new phone. I regret buying it now. I have to type all that information over again into a different app.

Simple, clean, best app. Supports writing online as well and syncing across devices.

Owners of app does not support the app. I sent several messages to them but they do not response my messages.

Can anyone help me? I forgot my password. I answered the security question correctly but there is nothing to indicate how I can change the password get back in my dairy. I've sent several emails and have not received any response from anyone. I don't want to uninstall because I'm afraid I'll lose everything I have in there. I've had this dairy for years now. I'm very annoyed that no one is trying to help me out.

I was using it and it was totally fine.. But I had to reset my phone and I created the backup but when I tried to restore it wasn't happening .. I still have it and I lost all of my data.. I had so much of content, all gone..

I am unable to back up the diary entries from my earlier phone to my new phone even after transfering the back up zip file and doing 'restore from backup'. Great distress due to this. Please solve.

Helpfull, 'd be great if i 'd back it up on google drive😊 Recently i switched to a redmi handset ,copied & pasted the storage/emulated/0/privatediary.zip file but am unable to restore my data on new device😥

I changed my phone today and did a backup and now when I restore on my new phone Redmi Note 7 Pro or Honor Play it says backup restored but when you go to see the entries it says No records found. Please help me restore as I have a huge data of 4 years which I cannot type again.

I love this App, I can literally write down my thoughts throughout the day without unnecessary complications. Journal Entries can also be send to my E-mail account which is super convenient.😊 Thank, you Nathalia QK😘

respected developer I have been using this app since 2015. I was satisfied by using this app but after uninstall this app i couldn't get back up my entries. means i lost my all notes. I have archive file too but its not back to app . now what should Ido in this condition

This app is very basic and not at all attractive. I have found an app called 'chiku - personal dairy' and its much better app than this, going to switch my app.

This app is crashing again and again. This app is not importing the previous zip data files of this app. Fix these and i will give 5 stars.

Hey appa, u should save a file when u did backup. W/o file, u will not restore ur diary. If have any file u had had backup, i can help

Couldn't restore my diary backup or reset my password on their website. This app is basically a joke. Stay away from this please!
