App is awful. Says you need to update but never does. Have to uninstall and then reinstall each time there is an update.
I really like being able to see my balance immediately so that I don't overdraw my account which did happen before I had this app.
Inconsistent - I get debit alerts for awhile and then after update they go away. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Looked through all sorts of settings and permissions, can find no reason why alerts aren't coming through.
1-star for Boomer-style client relations and layering fees. App is getting better, but it's still behind other brokers. Oh and also this. Once you move your money there, they might not ever give it back. NT will not help me complete an ACATS transfer. Their office in Bloomfield Hills, MI has been rude and dismissive when I try and troubleshoot with them.
Gives me notice that the app is not supported on "rooted" devices, except my phone is entirely stock Pixel 2 XL. This is the first and only app that has given me this notice.
So buggy is impossible...the app is impossible to download with any phone , tablet or computer purchased from abroad...!!!!! Ridiculous really...!
My primary use is ability to deposit checks remotely. Works fine, saves me a trip.
Bugs again in this software. Update required but not available in the play store.
The update is useless. I couldn't find anything I needed to know such as what has been paid, what has been received, etc. Go back to a useful app please.

Hasn't worked in almost a year with old phone or brand new phone. App is completely worthless if you can't get past the log in screen.
This has always been IMHO s fine app. The latest version using my Pixel phone is pure platinum.
Hi everyone! I think this is a great, handy app! I just wish in IMS that you could go back a page. Oh, wrong system. Lol. But seriously, nice app.

This was working fine until just recently. I'm not sure what happened but it is very frustrating.
Launches very slowly, about a minute. Used to launch in a few seconds. The first few attempts to launch it didn't come up. Once it did, now seems to come up regularly. Features are nice.
Doesn't work with an unlocked bootloader despite Android pay working just fine. The phone has never been rooted nor modified in any other way.
Great functionality and keeps improving with each release. Does everything you need
major bug. I get a notification saying I need to upgrade.. I click on it and it takes me to a screen to open the app which is already installed. I click on that and it takes me back to the same. notification to Upgrade
