generally good - however, the display of subtitles can not be arranged and the box where the subtitles are displayed is very diverting and covers the screen excessively.
Gps error, network connection error, device time sync error, repeat.. reboot. repeat until throw phone at wall then uninstall, what does device time sync error even mean??!
so far it's an okay app. I'm not a full use of it but do far it's seems great. great shoes on here to watch some old done new. so far it's fun. maybe after a longer time of using I'll be more aquatinted to give a more accurate rating.
Service has been discontinued. My account got deleted and I lost all my movies.
Good but always difficult to login on new Xperia handset.
I think this is better than Netflix and Hulu combined!
Doesn't work with Xperia 10 ii as don't have Sony lounge. Was on my previous Xperia Z5 prem.

Needs to be updated to handle 21:9 to work with Sony's phones

Playback & streaming is great. The app could be more regularly updated with new movies to offer, but there are some classic movies to be had such as Ghostbusters (the original one). Just a note to say the support is great as I couldn't log in to my account on my XZ Premium. However they have sorted it out and things are back to normal.
Chromecast has stopped working in last version. Also no multichannel sound on this service, don't even appear to be downmixed in Dolby PLII
App makes my phone freeze and it never works. Updates automatically when available but does not even go into the app anymore
Says get access code from Xperia lounge where you are unable to find it. Asked support who said it downloads automatically but I can't even sign up to the app without a code
Couldn't access my account/content and contacted customer service to get instant support with the perfect resolution (I can watch my content on my new device)
I think Sony can do better. There are quite a few movies but they are also oldish. Load up some new ones maybe one blockbuster a month or so just to keep up with the times.
Have now lost 6 out of 12 movies as they uninstalled themselves and can't reinstall. Annoying
No longer showing any movies to purchase or use unspent credits on.. pretty much useless now
Most of the movies are not new but I still found some I have not seen. Quality of playback is great. Reccomend to friends & family, yes.
Limited titles available. Downloaded free movies are great. I really liked the VR theater 360 movie previews.VR theater looks very promising.
The app has stopped working, cannot watch any of the movies anymore. Have sent feedback etc, but not had any response :-( Update... 6 months on, still won't work, won't open etc. Still no response to multiple feedback sent. Very disappointed
Like this app, but recently the app will not open this is across both mobile and tablet have sent feedback but still no update to fix this issue.
Still a great but would love to see it updated more often with new trailers and the like content. Thanks Sony :)
One thing though, if I minimise the privilege app n open other functions of my phone, the download of movie will pause. So this means the app can't work in the background. Pls fix so download can continue while we multitask. Thanks
Customer service and technical support were very helpful. I had redeemed 6 movies in the past, and recently when I launched the app only 3 movies remained. After contacting customer service, they were able to resolve my issue very quickly and I can see all my movies again. Great service!
