PrivyID - Digital Signature

1) When it's their system fault, they won't refund your privy balance or solve the problem. Instead, they will always ask you to use more of your balance by re-upload all the docs that needs to be signed and tell you to ask for new signature to the signer. I wasted about 45min communicating with the CS just to be told repeatedly to reupload and re-ask signature, while it's clearly their system's fault. 2) Can't download the signed "In Progress" document.

This app has slick UI and helpful features. A good step for those who want to go paperless. Still have some things to be improved, but it is a good pioneering digital signature app in Indonesia.

No notification. So when the mailing room sent me documents for signing, no sound, no warning, no notification on my screen, my taskbar, anywhere. The mailing room has to contact me manually just to inform me about the documents. And no notification setting in the app. No good.

Cant login, when tried to login always get notification "No Internet Connection". My internet connection either its wifi or mobile data works fine.

It's totally useless. My previous document has digital stamp. I want to sign my document that my signature above my digital stamp, but my signature is jnder my digital stamp. The verification process took so long. The help chat doesnt have anyone offline. So, it's totally useless.

This digital signature is so helpful, before i use this apps, i waste so much time on signing and sending document, but ever since i use this apps, it makes my job so much easier and i've used this apps since 2019 until now. Thankyou and good job Privy! Hope you will keep surprising me with much more feature that you provide in the future! 😁👍

Can't login for the past 2 months or so. Have to do everything from the webapp which (thankfully) works but (unfortunately) has the same terrible performance as the mobile app.

Can't even register, need to improve more in registration scan I almost take 2 hour for selfie and change device find other place, sorry but I do need to tell people my experience here, but this app hv nice UI

Cannot log in. The app say no internet connection. Already use wifi, re-install app, still no improve. Please fix.

Too many conditions just for an app that will let you draw lines on a piece of paper. Takes way too long to set up when it should be 1.open file 2.sign 3.export file. Don't get this app, there's many other better digital signature apps

Unable to receive OTP code even though I have clicked re-send code for several times. Very unprofessional customer service team, they did not provide solution to the OTP code issue even though I have emailed them 8 times and chat them via the live chat. It is quite disappointing as it is so difficult to change the handphone number to the correct one as initially the handphone number recorded by Privy's app is incorrect.

After so many failed attempts to register, I finally finished it. Their customer care are pretty fast to response my email, kudos to that. For the app though, I think there are so many things to improve. One of them that pretty annoys me is I can't resize my signature when I want to place my signature. I must redo my signature to resize it. And for pretty well known digital signature app in Indonesia (they show their client in their site), they don't include the price list for personal user.

After the few latest updates the app kept logging out by itself and often forced me to login again. It becomes really inefficient. Also I don't if it's because my phone but I never got any notification anymore although I allow all the notification for the app. Please fix this, thanks.

Quick response, at first when I need to directly chat to change my email address, I thought, what an inconvenience, moreover when you need to take a selfie with your id card. But all in all in only took me about 5 minutes, give or take. So, its tolerable. And the bit with id card selfie, when I think about it, it's because they're really took our data protection seriously. So, now I'm okay with it. And hope they keep the good work.

Just download the apps several weeks ago. At first, i was skeptical about all of these e-signature stuffs, but it provides me with a great ease, especially when i cannot obtain physical signature. Overall a great apps.

Apps, only usable for registration. It can't even let me login after all registration process completed. It always said "no internet connection" even when I switch from mobile network to my home WiFi, vice versa.

This app is so great, helpfull to sign all my document fast everywhere anytime, easy to use and more efficient of time rather than meet people just to get signatunre. The other reason thats most important reason for me and i am focus with it is paperless with digital signature and safe security system with ISO 270001 Thanks PrivyID
