This might work on other Samsung devices on various CDMA carriers, try at your own risk! If it does work, please contact me and let me know what other devices this works with.
NOTE: This DOES NOT work on GSM phones (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc). Please don't send me a log or downrate because it didn't work on your GSM phone!

Compatible Devices (works on STOCK TouchWiz ROM, custom ROMs might not work, won't work on AOSP ROMs):

Using paranoidandroid 3.99 rc2 on Sprint note2. Dropped prl in root of everything to make it work and it does not see the file. The Dev is a poor communicator also
Any chance on you supporting/updating to support the sprint galaxy note 4. In this version or the pay version. Thanks for all your hard work. As of right now it does not work with Sprint galaxy note 4. Will gladly DONATE$$$
The ease at which I could switch to 51098.prl on Sprint was possible because of this app. I would recommend to anyone with Note 3 on Sprint. I donated and will donate again if possible.
Was VERY hopeful. If the error can be fixed, I'm happy to change my rating & donate.
Device has this functionality disabled. Will try on wifes new Note 3. 5 stars for the effort ;)

Worked perfectly for me on all devices. Sprint galaxy s4 as well as the Sprint note 3 both devices are rooted. I'm on stock 4.4.2 touchwiz..
This app is a life saver. Being a Sprint customer, it is very necessary to be able to change PRLs when I travel to places that I roam. I just put on a US Cellular PRL and get actual 3G! Thanks so much!
As soon as I click start, the app closes. On Note 3 rooted 4.4.2.

Says "no permission to access omadm hiddenmenu" S4 4.4.2 on sprint. Stock. I have MSL. Any ideas? 4stars cause it actually trys unlike most

I was hoping to roam into my kitchen and instead now my toaster doesnt turn on. overall the app works great, just use it on the phones the dev listed and not on various other things.
This app makes it so easy to change the prl on my sprint s4! Thank you viperboy!
Finally an app to make it easier for rooted users.

Did bot work for my Samsung Note 3, Verizon carrier, but app was nice enough to inform me. Never
Since it requires stock, just update prl the official way. Unless this app can work as a replacement for the stock apk, (ie on custom ROMs) then there is very little point at all to this app.
I'm giving it a 5 star. But be warned this is only for CDMA phones (sprint and Verizon). If you don't live in the US chances are that you have to a GSM phone.
Simple? download, press start, press write prl blah blah. Nope, says no prl something not found. Oh well. This didn't work for me and my Sprint Note 3.

This app has not been updated since it came out.. It does not work, and really should be removed from the play store period..
