Terrible app. Never, ever works. Been waiting for months for a version that works, still nothing. And to top it off, the app wants access to your entire phone! Contacts, make calls and nearly everything you save on your phone, pictures, contacts, the works ... No way. Poor job ProAudioStar. I've bought several guitars and amps from you, but no more. I'm out.

I downloaded the app as I really like the store. 25 min later and it still is spinning. Other users are right. The app requires you to allow access to everything on your device. There is no way I'll give an app that much control. Too many things I need to keep secure on my device. If they were to fix the need for control of my device and the allow the app to actually open, I will consider downloading it again.

If you don't give the app access to your photos, media, contacts, and phone calls, the app will not open. Why would a music store need all of that!? I have deleted the app, but will reinstall if it stops requiring that kind of access.

Full-on espionage capitalism. Wants access to your photos, media and files. But wait, there's more: it wants access to your contacts *and* wants to be able to make calls and access your phone. Won't work at all without being given access to all of your data. Uninstalled.

Like many others, I uninstalled the app after I ran into app needing permissions to basically everything on your phone. So just to test other apps Guitar Center and Musicians Friend I uninstalled them on my phone and re installed them and sure enough they installed without requesting any permissions to your phone. pro audio needs to pay attention to these reviews If they want people to use the app.

Can't believe it wants complete control, permissions for all pics, vids, contacts, make and receiving calls... All before it let's you see what the app is? That's crazy. I was actually installing it to buy something. But the app won't even open without total control. This company must have true contempt for it's customers/ potential customers.. Uninstalling immediately. Doesn't deserve one star but that's the lowest they let you go.

I don't leave many reviews but this app is garbage. The app requests permission to access my contacts, to make and manage phone calls, and access to photos, media, and files on my device and then apparently won't load if you deny those permissions. Who on earth approved this? Imagine walking into a store but before you get through the door an employee stops you and asks if you to please make a list of everyone you know and also let them see photos of your children before you can enter...

Awful. App won't load or work. I denied all permissions so that may be a factor but I won't allow any app to have free access to friends, phone numbers, etc. Too intrusive and should be illegal IMHOP.

Way too invasive with the permissions. I don't need you to manage my phone calls or contacts. I don't need you to manage my photos. bye bye.

The app itself works well, but they're pretty limited in brand diversity, and the sort/filter isn't all that impressive.

I forgot why I deleted this app some time ago. When it essentially asked to take over my phone on install I remembered. No, you can't have access to my photos and contacts. Come on man!

Doesn't work...and invasive. Asks for every permission possible. Then just sits with a spinning circle forever. Waste of time. I dont know why this even exists.

DO NOT INSTALL. IT WANTS ACCESS TO YOUR CONTACTS PLUS IT WANTS YOU TO ALLOW ACCESS TO PHOTOS AND MEDIA AND ALSO MAKE PHONE CALLS. THATS NOT HAPPENING. HELL NO!

It kept trying to access my contacts & would not open after spinning for several minutes. Uninstalled immediately.

There is no good reason for this app to want to control my phone my contacts and my media. Uninstalling now.

Unable to delete something from the cart. If I want to purchase something that I really wanted I would have to also purchase the item I want to delete

For what it does, a shopping app....it asks for way too much permission to access way too much of your personal information

You have to allow access to contacts, phone, and pics/media to buy stuff from them? No thanks

I checked 10 items, different categories, all out of stock. Waste of time.

Can't select country = can't enter address = can't make a purchase. Your move, guys.

App never gets past loading screen presumably because I wouldn't give it permissions that a retail app has no business asking for.

Cannot delete items from cart for some reason. Otherwise a good app.

Too many permissions required = uninstall = loss of my busine$$.

Unfortunate... I'm a fan of PROAUDIOSTAR too. Can't believe it's been a problem for so long
