Pro Referral

App is buggy... It used to give the option to select the phone or email and dial the customer.... Now it it keeps saying bad URL....

What a great app! We are available to receive a lot of referrals to keep us busy and create a bigger circle of customers. The app it is easy to used, and has a lot of great tools. Thanks Home Depot for creating such a great app. It just needs to fixed and issue that I have been experiencing even with my Pro-Xtra app. It keeps crashing and forcing it self to close. I installed it, but it keeps happening.

Great app. Great way to get leads. I have a Goggle 4a. App is doing weird things. Old leads are not being erased automatically. I have leads from 4 months ago that have expired and are still there. New leads come in but screen is not showing all the functions to accept leads. Any suggestions??

Horrible this new version up no hapy at all , I can not put the address of my clients just hit and drive , i can not see any calendar options , and i can not keep one costume message in my system just to hit quick respond message , I do know if im the only one but last version was working for really great , im not satisfy at all any more with this new version .

It's been great. Not only does Homedepot have great supplies, they have Great people who own homes, whom may need an extra hand, or someone to take a lead on their projects. Community oriented and very resourcefully convenient! Thank You.

The app is solid, nice turn on and off when slow and leads are virtually free. just wish an address was included with the lead. Saves time.

I have had trouble with this App since June of 2020. The notifications does not work. I do not get notification that a customer has requested a job. The delays in speaking to customers in a timely fashion cost the contractor and the customer. This app is the dregs of referrals.

Being a contractor, I'm having the best experience in terms of quality of leads and serious customers. The points formula is genius, as compared to other platforms. it is the most favorable formula for contractors. I would highly recommend to my fellow contractors to join in and make it the most successful platform in the U.S.

This app is not sending us notifi cations. We both have the app on our phones which is where 98% ofvour work is done. Hopefully this update will fix it.

I have had a good experience with app no problems. Sometimes it glitches and lags a bit, but overall a great experience

The app is ok. It forces itself close everytime I get a lead. This is my first notification of having a lead. Otherwise works fine

They want you to pay $39.99 for a simple background check that many other apps for smaller companies do not charge. The Home Depo Pro Referral app is not the best for finding jobs and quotes are too low. Charging 39$ to help them make their app viable for customers, when a simple BG check is free for potential employees? More of a scam than anything else.

Keeps crashing, I get text notifications but they come up blank, I can only see my new leads in email. Fix the problem please.

If You Are A Handyman Do Not Try To Sign Up!!! This service requires a contractors license, even if you are Handyman! They require an increase in insurance and even show who you can use... THEN after you waste the extra money, they state you can't be a Handyman on their service without actually being a Class B Contractor! The state, country and city don't require it! 25 years in the business and I've never been required to be a contractor to be a Handyman. Completely defeats the purpose!

Thank you to home depot and Behr, KILZ and Glidden sales reps who have shown through this service and their over the top helpful attitude that they do care about their customers and contractors - as the middle man between the two, they have stepped up to the plate and provided this free service, which in turn has gained my loyalty, as well as many homeowner's. That being said, I also experienced some of the app glitches other's speak of below, but it has gotten better over time. My biggest problems have been 1) locked out of the app or a customer's profile therefore making it impossible to call them --- I partially blame myself for not Writing DOWN their #'s --- I have begun to try to make it a habit; saves me embarrassment from customers thinking I didn't call back at certain times. 2) a large majority of leads who I have responded to immediately, and some who I have even given estimates to, do not follow up with me. Not HD's fault at all. But can't more people have the common courtesy to just acknowledge that they have rec'd my estimate??! Its OK if your going with someone else to do the job, but a simple "thank you but we're going another direction" call, text or email would be appreciated more than they know...I hate all the time, gas and re-arranging of my nights and weekends I have done over the years to complete estimates that are never acknowledged.

Awesome, love the app, u can contact customers directly, update notes and schedule on the calendar with a reminder of the appointment.this is great!

Doesn't show new leads that I get notifications for. It shows jobs from months ago and nothing else. i have to use a home computer to access lead information

The app works good. A lot of people use it. You can get a lot of leads real fast. This will drain your points. So I would just say to be selective on what jobs you want to to do and where you want to work.

I have not gotten notified of potential jobs since September. For two months, no push, no text, and no app notifications.

Trying to get tech support with this review. I can login ony lap top but I can't login through the app. Have uninstalled, restarted, cleared cache...etc...

I've tried thumbtack, I've tried home Advisor, I've tried Angie List, I've tried Google, nothing compares to this. keep a good reputation. And continue shopping at Home Depot to collect point and you're in good business

It's not pulling in new leads on my phone. Last lead shows August. Crashes when I try to open to see a new lead.

really good app. get leads based on how much you spend at home depot. finally a way to get more for GC's that spend significant amount at home depot for materials.

app is always (everytime i login) CRASHING!!! WILL NOT LOAD ANY LEADS!!! WHOM EVER IS IN CHARGE OF ALL THE UPDATES TO THIS APP SHOULD STEP DOWN...... HORRIBLE!! I LOST ALL MY POINTS AND I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY AT THE HD!! FIX THIS APP WITH ALREADY.... 6 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!?

I absolutely like this app. I have been a Home Depot Pro Referal Contractor for three years. Great customer leads and superb pro tech customer service. Great job HD!

I wish it had reasons why a contractor cancels a job or decides not to take it. I've had several jobs that the contact phone number was wrong. And I've had a few jobs the the people called me after agreeing to start a job cancel out for financial reasons

Every time I log on to the site with my phone I get a message Internal Error. So frustrating. I'm missing message from the referral

App keeps saying "Internal Error" needs an update or something. Doesn't appear to be working at the moment.

I like that I dont have to pay for the leads. I just spend my money at home depot for materials and get points to use for these jobs thanks home depot.

the app updated on Monday and logged me out and turned leads back on while i was still on vacation, and the notifications stopped working since update. please fix.
