it's clunky. it's a glorified web portal. went to the furniture section and the categories for the sofas were tiny and hard to read. optimize it, target or Amazon, or IKEA good examples of usable apps. wow, once you click on a item you cannot go back just 1 page. it takes you back to the main menu.
The functionality of this app is hilariously bad. When browsing, if you are checking out an item, and press the back button, it takes you all the way to the home menu, rather than back to the list of items you were looking through.
Its lags often. When you view the website to view an item, if you push back it will take to all the way back to the app menu. Better off just using the full website.
back button takes you all the way to homepage. it makes it difficult to use and easily gets frustrated with the app.
This app is horrible for such a great store. Hope it's updated soon. I've had far more success on the website.
Not all furniture is listed in search. Cannot zoom into webpage, so cannot view items unless you put your phone under a microscope.
Takes me back to the home screen when i press the back button instead of taking me to the revious page. Also won't let me design and buy my own sectional arrangement. The app says that i would need to go to a store .
What a Joke. This app hasn't been update since 2019. It won't log in for my profile and is a waste of time trying to use.

Busted software. The qr scanner is upside down and won't read anything.

In 2022 every company should have a flawless app. Every 18 year old kid can make one in 20mins. It's insane that you're online presence is in such shambles.

App does not allow to login with plenty of attempts.

Shopping cart function keeps crashing
I can't use the app just keeps crashing. Can't create account receive unexpected error. Can't locate a store app just crashes. Utilizing wifi 6 GB connection and most up to date app. Poor experience.
