PROADHYAKSA is an online-based public complaint facility owned by the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia.
Communities throughout Indonesia can report various matters related to the main tasks and functions of the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office in the field of law enforcement and service to the public.
This application is the answer of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia to the development of information technology which requires the existence of online-based public complaints facilities that can be accessed by all levels of society.
This online-based complaint service system is an implementation of Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services. Law Number 25 of 2009 which requires the state to serve every citizen and population to fulfill their basic rights and needs in the framework of public services which are mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
With the presence of PROADHYAKSA, justice seekers do not need to come all the way to the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia to complain about legal issues, service and institutional performance.
The public is sufficient to report various problems related to the performance of law enforcement and public services through the site https://proadhyaksa.kejaksaan.go.id in the PROADHYAKSA format which can be downloaded on the Google Play Store and App Store via mobile communication devices.
Problems that can be addressed through PROADHYAKSA:
1. The scope of cases handled by the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office. Complaints regarding disciplinary violations and misuse of Attorney staff.
2. Complaints regarding certain crimes that are under the authority of the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office based on the Act.
Criteria and requirements for complaints:
1. Contains the reporter's full name, contactable telephone number and active email.
2. Contains the full name, institution and position of the reported party.
3. Contains detailed descriptions of events reported.
4. Attach evidence, documents or photos / videos of events or actions reported.
