ProBikeGarage - Bicycle maintenance tracker

Very useful bike maintenance tracker. Syncing with Strava is very fast and reliable which is a great plus. There is some unintuitiveness with the interface, but nothing major. Ability to use tags for indoor/outdoor rides and components is amazing. It will be five stars if you add backup/export function, because now there is no option to move all my data to the new phone, which is very disappointing :(

If you're into your data and keeping on top of maintenance then this is the perfect addition to your suite of cycle/fitness related applications. The fact it syncs with Strava is great meaning you can setup and forget and you are notified when you need to attend to a component. Some features I would like to see added: - Service history of both individual components and an overall list. - Ability to attach stuff (Service guides, photos etc) - Quick and easy method to see installation date

Dude. I can't add a service under my scheduled services. Like "check shock pressure". I have it scheduled for every month, but I can mark it as "checked" and have it start counting down the next month. I've been struggling with this app for the last while. There has to be a better solution.

Excellent overall. I really appreciate how this app gently notifies me something on my bike requires scheduled maintenance. Admittedly, I've even been caught by surprise by some of the notifications. Ex: I have a new articulating seatpost that requires lube every 200 km. Since it's new, I'm not use to thinking of it when oiling my chain, etc. This app keeps me on top of that and other requirements that are easy to overlook.

Essential kit for any cyclist. Developers keep adding great features, component grouping is so useful. Very quick to respond to support requests, all for free, unbelievable. Mind you, if they charged then Strava would probably shut them out. Can't wait to see what gets added next.

Remarkably un-intuitive interface for new users. Spent an age trying to figure where and how to enter data in way it wants. Frequent deletes, re-tries, and selecting wrong menu. Around in circles. Probably obvious once familiar with app structure but requires clear guidance for new users.

I have been using pro bike garage for some time, but the issue I am coming across I can only imagine is solved but I just can't figure it out. It doesn't simply allow you to log a maintenance to a bike without making it an interval. For instance, I bled my brakes. I want to log it, but don't want it to be a reminder.

Great app and never need to worry about running past maintenance dates again. Only comment is the component database needs components adding to it. I have an older mountain bike and its had hope brakes, Chris king crank, Chris king head set fitted by it's not listed in the component lists. I know these parts require less maintenance but is there a way these non mainstream components can be added to this apps database? Other than that great app & great how it syncs with Strava!

Really useful app when you have multiple bikes and need reminding on what maintenance to keep up with. One star knocked off as some usability improvements are due. Allow out-of-box profiles of components that are standard for every bike depending on type - mostly all bikes have tires, chains, chain rings, cassettes - it seems tedious having to add each of these components individually for every bike I own. Let me import a road or MTB or gravel bike not its parts.. Backups to cloud please?

Great app. And great developer response too. I had an issue, it must have been something transient as the issue is gone. Kudos to the developer who replied asap. Would love a csv report or some such feature added, but ProBikeGarage is ideal for keeping watch on components. Recommended.

Resolved with a re-log. Kinda clunky, but that worked without losing data. Otherwise, excellent app! -- Old review: suddenly I can't add a component to my bike. Bike list comes up blank.

Great app BUT - no way of backing up data and seemingly no support. This puts data at risk which means the App cannot really be used (unless you are prepared to lose all your data). I'd be prepared to pay a small amount for an option to back up the data if this were available.
