Great app but pro version very costly when you only have a small business and need a couple extra users. Staff holiday requests would be a good feature too
Great response and the openness to take an additional suggestion for app ! much appreciation. Making my life so much easier to keep leads and clients organized.
Nice app I have a ton of experience working with such apps and probuild offers a free app for what many other apps charge for! It has all the same features as many of the other apps and covers all the necessary bases that youd expect out of an app for this! The one and only suggestion is to integrate phone contacts into your client list adding them in both your phone and then the app seems redundant and irritating.
Loving this app it's extremely handy however, there a few things that would make it a little easier and a more complete solution. It would be great if you could discount items (by the dollar or percentage) and have it show on invoices. Also the ability to send a receipt after an invoice is paid would be fantastic. I'm finding I'm having to use other apps to create an invoice if I need to add a discount and also for receipts. Otherwise probuild is fantastic and makes things so much easier.
Pretty terrific app. I wish I could use the invoicing, but with a lack of service address information on estimates and invoices they're useless. Also, the quantity column should be removable. It looks cluttered and many times it serves no purpose. If those two things where fixed, this would be my all in one go to app. Update: Customer service is also great. Had an issue arise, and they had it fixed asap.
this is an awesome app but there is no way to use it on a pc or link it to a calendar or scheduling
I love this app. It's the only app I've found so far that works for our concrete business. I just finished using the basic tier for free. We're only 2 employees so I can stay in free version it says...well nope! I either have to upgrade or delete my existing data to continue using probuilder. So I feel forced to either buy pro, or go elsewhere and reenter all that data! Wasted my time. I also would like a calendar/scheduler so I might go elsewhere if I can find an app that isn't deceiving. :(
It would be nice if when I created an estimate, turned that estimate from a lead to in progress, and i add that estimate to a certain job, i could have the ability to go down the list of items on each estimate and manually click on certain line items and assign those items to certain workers. Then as the workers complete those items thats assigned to them they can link that to their timesheet/hours along with pictures one before one after.
Works well for small business invoices and estimates. I just wish the time clock had a GPS feature to track employees when they are clocked in.
Great platform. We utilize pro series for timeclock, estimates, invoicing clients, general and daily discussions, mapping and scheduling. All around a great experience. Easy to navigate, especially for people who are not "tech savvy". Would like to have the ability to invite customers to platform, with limited view in regards to their project only as assigned by company administrators.
Really well organized. The most useful "for free" invoice and estimate app. I quote for free as this app has features that many others hide behind a pay wall. The developers clearly set out to do a good job and they nailed it. Thank you for making my business more efficient.
Nice app. Needs some improvement. Need to be able to add items to invoice and show that the item added is of value but me being a nice person gave them it for free. Want to show I did work that's usually costs money but didn't charge them this one time.
Great way to organize if you have multiple projects on the go at one time . Perfect for employees to leave notes on projects for others to see . This has been life changing for our team ! We have the upgraded version and the support staff has been very helpful and quick to respond every time we have a question about the app .
love the app capabilities but little hard to use or organize. Would seriously love some help from developer. signatures do not stay saved. i sent an estimate agreement, she signed, I emailed it too and both in her email and my app the signature didn't show up. THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM WHEN SIGNING CONTRACTS
The app looks solid. Would love the ability to import data. Clients, items, products, services etc... Updated to 5 stars because of their prompt response to support.
Use for time sheets for my employees. It is a great way to keep track of how many hours are spent on different jobs. I set jobs on the app, all the info is in the app available for my employees to see. In the app you can see the description of jobs, addresses, clients information, etc. I would recommend this app for contractors and business owners.
Good app can be useful with more tweeks and more options added. Can be worth having. Do not add contact contact from phone book on android. You got a good start I would say.
Simple, Easy, Affordable. Even the free version is very helpfull. Hoping for more features soon.
Just started using this app seems pretty decent so far. Would like to see Quickbooks Online integration and a plan markup. Keep the great work up.
Notifications just stopped working. Yet I go to settings and they're on UPDATE: A CORRECTION COMES OUT TOMORROW.
App is ok just would like to know if there is a way to mark an invoice paid. Would like to e mail paid in full e mail when project is complete
would definitely be 5 star but while the invoice and estimates page load on my phone and tablet that page does not load on my work laptop.
This app has cut down time tremendously on building invoices estimates time clock it's just all the way around a good app to have for contractors
I have issue the application, the customer service is so fast response back. I like this response. Good to used.

Would be awesome if there was a search option for Android users. There is one for iphones why not androids?
Mostly okay. Couple things I wish I could do. 1.) Would be nice if each admin could access all the jobs even if they weren't originally added to it. 2.) The ability to tap on the address for a job and have it open my default navigation app. Currently I have to go to the edit feature and memorize the address then go to my navigation app. No way to copy it. Doesn't make sense. 3.) Instead of clocking out of a job for lunch it would be nice if we could just mark it as a break.
