We use this app on both iPad and a Samsung Galaxy A8 tab. It works great on the Apple iPad but constantly locks up and crashes on the android Tab.
I guarantee it this icon will to grate has I 've been trying out so let see.

I'd love to give this app a big fat ZERO. But, I'm appeased with the one star equaling "hated it." We lost $220.00 in sales when this app failed. So, it's the phone's settings? We change our phone settings then 2 other apps don't work. It's still a big ZERO in my book.
I need it too work every time. I was making a sale and it STOPS in the middle of transaction .NOT GOOD that can not happen. 2016- It has been a little better this season from 2 yrs ago. It still has some bugs with it so could y'all. Please take a look at the app and fix the bugs Please. I have only a few days and I need it to work every time.
This is the third year our girl scout troop had used this app (not my choice, our council is paying for it), and it's only worked on one phone. Either the card won't scan, or we get some error at the signature screen that won't allow the transaction to go through. I can enter the card info manually, but that's inconvenient and time consuming, especially when the cookie booth is hopping. We get this across carriers and phone types. Only one person out of the five of us has gotten it to work. Definitely not worth your time or money.
We use this for our company. There are a good amount of issues when u first set it up, but they do work with you to get it corrected. It's usually not their program, it's your phone settings that cause the issue. It is expensive, but less then other carriers we looked into. We give $10 off just to get a check written instead of pay for every transaction. It is the name of the game.
We need an app that opens, allows you to swipe, then add the dollar amount and sign.
Awesome and it super reliable and easy to use! Just love it.

The main guy Sam I think it's name is said he looked me up on Facebook and wanted to see who he was working with how unprofessional and creepy is that? I was told from the beginning it was going to be a hundred and twenty-five for the reader and they charged me $225 it took him a month and a half to help me get set up and I never got my money I had to call the bank and set up a conference call
Very flexible, right now I'm using the tablet process now for a 12 room Inn. Works great and makes the accounting easier because you can use transaction express for all your history.
App is not compatible or compliant with Samsung s4 working on ver. 5.0.1 or android Kitkat they are slow to comply with the Google play app in upgrades, sorry but your dragging your feetfor the past week.
I like the inventory feature, the fact that you can easily record tips. We run a farmers market booth and customers will sometimes give extra since they don't want change. The app also allows you to categorize products. It's took a bit of trial and error to figure out how to bring up the items under the category, because part of the interface hangs off the side of the screen. I love that the app gives a running total on the mobile device (square doesn't do this). I wish there was a filter, so you can select the dates of interest on the dashboard on the computer to get the totals and graphic breakout by day or even week. It currently does it by month only. My major complaint is that there are so many steps to go through to actually process the payment. With cash transactions you are required to enter a customer name which slows down things. We also can't figure out how to clear a single item from the cart. We need to clear the entire cart if a mistake is made and ring up all the items again. Would love to see an updated version that didn't require us to use the "continue" button to go through so many screens. Our second favorite app, Square remains #1 for speed and ease of use.
We have had numerous problems with this app. Spoke to support and they said a new version is coming out.

I have used this app for a year-and-a-half. It is terrible and only works a fraction of the time. My Android Turbo 2 phone recently updated the app is not able to be used at all on my phone now. Now I have to carry a tablet to process credit cards. We have had to process credit cards the old fashion way by calling into the office.
I have used this app for processing cards for several years now, yes I have had a few problems, but this app has worked consistently better than my last one. My cons: 1) I would love to clear one item at a time out of a transaction without having to clear the entire transaction. 2) Remember client CC's that are regulars, with their email addys. 3) Remember Manual entries, or a file in which to store them. Otherwise, I have few problems and customer service has always been there when needed
