App will not work sometimes. Pretty silly how sometimes I will be helping a customer and it will say invalid credentials and wont allow me to take payment over the app or computer. I have to call and get the matter resolved after the customer leaves. Not one, not two, but three times this has happened so far. It happens on a Brand new S10 and I have great internet connection. I don't understand how this happens and the incredibly helpful people over the phone can't explain it to me either.
