I changed my church records and now i cant log into the application at all. Even if i delete the application and reinstall it still will not load. It was a good application at one time.
This app is a useful bonus to using Proclaim, but it isn't perfect. It feels like it was written for the presenter to use; rather than a 3rd person sat away from the computer. You can use it like this, but the preview of upcoming slides is difficult to work with - fine perhaps for a sermon where slides tend to be linear, but less so for use during songs. A tablet mode with tiled slides would make it ideal; as it is, its interesting to play with and fine for small/ simple meetings where you can get away with slow slide changes or the occasional error, but not up to use in a main service. I'd love to see it developed further and would definitely make more use of it if it were.
The app works well to control the service, but I would love to see an option for tiled slides as found on the desktop software, as even on a 10" tablet the slide tray is too small to read the lyrics on upcoming or previous slides. With a worship leader that flows back and forth through the song, it makes it very unprofessional to have to guess where verse 2 begins and accidentally land on the chorus instead. Even if the app labled the tiles with "V1" or "Bridge" would be great.
This remote app only works 45% of the time. It often loses sync. There is no way to force log off a dropped connection. So if you are mid service you have to make your way back to the presentation pc and run it from there. This is not handy in a church setting.
Very slow responses even with great Wi-Fi connections, also the quick screen list is not fully in the app, all the quick screen should be available to the remote control. Please fix this.
I can not get the annotate feature to work with my S9. I can tap to make dots and maybe one will show up and i can advance slides, so I know I'm connected and have the display set correctly.
Works great where internet is strongly available, however our church is in the country where the internet is slow. So the remote does not work well for service. If the remote through the Network rather it would work better.
This app is decent when it syncs. No matter how many times I refresh or redownload the app, nothing shows up. Works fine for previewing the slides when it can actuallt show the presentations.
This is really great! I can go through all of my slides remotely. And being able to control my slides from anywhere is great!
Seems like a great app, but crashes constantly when trying to view presentation. Makes it kinda unusable. ☹️
Worked great for a few months and them just stopped. It won't control the presentation only follow it.
Cannot control slides. The remote cannot confirm that the slide change occurred.
App worked last week. Crashes today each time I try to follow or control the on air presentation

Constantly crashes. Has issues connecting. Unacceptable during worship with hundreds of people.
I do not like this new update!! The preview slides have become microscopic! Using on my 7" tablet as always and using the right font you can easily see the words on each slide on the preview slides (which you need as worship leaders tend to skip back and forward). Now with this new update you can't see the words at all! A fix for this would be good... Edit again: Hardly use this now as it's unreliable! :(
This should be nice for following along with slides in church when I can't see the screen easily. However, not being able to pinch zoom makes it nearly pointless. The image is so small I can't even use it.
Very bad when your doing live worship in front of 300+ people and the app crash in middle of first song (crashes EVERY service) and makes the rest of the set confusing. Fix it and I will used it.
Control implies ability to edit but this is not possible at the moment.
It's a cool app just be aware that it's not a plan A type app... Or even a plan C type app. It doesn't work often enough to be able to rely on it.
