Introducing Prodigy Finance’s mobile app - designed to make managing your loan easy. When you download the app, you can log in with your existing Prodigy Finance account details and view information about your loan directly from your phone.

The recent update messed up the UI. It is just a white screen and I am unable to select anything. Please try fixing it asap as I am unable to put my payment through.
It will just open the browser and take you to the website where you have to sign in again. Better option would be using the website.
One star, cos of a recent update which limits recurring payment to 2k. I'd contacted support and the suggested solution was "set it to 2k and anything additional you can use one-off payment" - which is ridiculous to put it even mildly. The whole point of setting up recurring payment is that I don't have to login every month to pay the amount. In fact this recurring payment was the main reason I used the app in the first place. The UI is great otherwise.
Informative to know when you have to pay. Useless for paying... When I hit pay with any of the methods, it simply takes me to the website of the method, not even the app (revolut, transferwise). Of course the info for the transfer is not passed to the site, so I have to do it manually. But the transfer info (iban, reference, etc) cannot be selected and copied and pasted. So... I basically have to go to my computer to do it. Also: ticket system crashes. I cannot open a ticket to leave feedback.
App keeps crashing even after uninstalling and reinstalling. The website doesn't always take you to the dashboard to view all your transactions, I was hoping the app solves this issue but it doesn't even stay open for a second after entering the login credentials.
This app needs serious development. I have had two major issues. 1. The transactions you make are not recorded properly. They disappear and come back 2-3 weeks later. Often times, even after the PF team confirming the payment was received, it does not show up. This is a big big let down. 2. I also faced issues while making DD (USD) transactions. You have to go back all the way, put all the details again and keep retrying.
The app doesn't work. All the pages are blank. The buttons do not redirect. Unable to figure out how to make payments. Sometimes the app crashes. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but it doesn't work. Very frustrating 😰
Nice app to start with. It would be great if I can add my bank details in advance so that I can pay my bills in a few clicks. Also allow an option to pay a flexible amount at a time. If I want to pay more than what I am supposed to pay per month, then I should have that option as well.
I'm not able to check transaction history from the app. It's keeps on refreshing for long time. Really frustrating as I can't check the transaction in web as well.
Easy to use app, east visualization of upcoming payments. It also allows to foresee and manage payments in case you want to make changes in the duration, amount etc of the loan.
Transaction history blinks all the time = reloads every second automatically, so it's impossible to see it. Please, fix it!
The app keeps on crashing whenever I open it since yesterday, it was working fine before. I tried reinstalling it but still the same result.
I am not able to make payment. When i click on pay, a blank page is opening. This is really frustrating. I have been trying to make this payment for 2-3 days now. Really frustrating.
The App has stopped working for few days now. Once the login screen comes, I am not able to click on anything. It doesn't allow me to sign in.
After recent update I cannot make manual payment. It's frustrating I raised support ticket hope it gets resolved soon. Meanwhile suggest some alternative ways to make payments. Or atleast don't charge interest till the issue is resolved
Worked just once for repaying my loan, after that it just keeps loading and showing "Hello" in different languages. Contacted customer care too, but not fixed yet. I am not able to make repayments due to this issue
The app is stuck on the 'Sign-In' page for some reason. Usually I am able to press sign in and use my fingerprint to sign into the app to make my payments. Please assist.
Unable to open the app after the latest release. The app opens for a few seconds and then closes. Please fix this.
I'm unable to login after this update. Also it's beyond me why the website does not show transactions. It does not make sense to support transactions only on the app
As a beta version, its good but please make Transferwise app to open when clicked on Go to TransferWise. Currently it opens the mobile browser version of TransferWise.
It just keeps on loading..... Earlier it was good to use and give the required information but now it just keep on displaying hello and different languages...
The app crashes everytime I open it and requires me to sign in. This is very annoying!
App improving. Would be useful to be able to copy each part of the details required for a bank transfer, including the reference number
The latest update completely ruined the app. I can't see my transactions and other than this app there is no way to do it.
Very basic. Can't even link 2 banks at the same time.

The app is pretty convenient, and quite user-friendly and easy to navigate
I tried login into the app.But is shows me that session expire even though I refresh it and start over again.
The app won't open since May 21, 2021. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No use. I didn't have any problem with the app until last week when it wouldn't even let me pay my monthly installment.
