My tasks are fired up quickly after I open the app unlike another task management app I know. Would like to be able to use it offline anf then just let it sync later when I have internet connection. Also, not sure if I overlooked this setting somewhere, but I'd like to see my tasks categorized into Today, Tomorrow, This Week just like in the web app.

Jive bought my most valued app and unequivocally trashed it. Not only are the core UI problems I noted three years ago unaddressed, but the widget is still useless because of an inflexible activity launch and the fact that you can't create a task in the widget's context.

While they state they can login from Google. If you have 2 Google accounts (one work and one personal) it won't let you select which account to login with. This prevents me being able to use the app, one I may have considered paying for premium on, and now I'm just going to look for other platforms

It's a better task and project management app than Nozbe and Asana, but it needs some important features: offline support, tablet support, Google Now "note to self" voice action support, full immersive mode support, a better widget. I want to be able to check tasks off on the widget and quickly change settings on the fly. I want more widget themes; better granular control over background color and transparency and text color. Priority stars currently don't display properly.

Started using about a year ago and then gave up because of lack of features. Looked for similar app but couldn't find anything that is free or cost effective. Other apps charge per user. Started using it again. It would be great if it allows creating task Categories per project, not just labels.

I use this at work and it works very well. My only issue is that lately I do not receive notifications of things that are being completed or noted on by others. They disappear from the list, but sometimes I need to know what else is going on. Its minor and overall I'm still very impressed.

Amazing app. Widget requires a long due update for UI improvements and also some features that are launched on the desktop web like task in progress/pause etc are still not on the app. Also some bugs on the widget. When you add multiple widgets, there is a refresh issue on the UI part. Sometimes the widget hangs as well.

This app works well. Interface could be improved a bit. My biggest concern is that it will stop working - it hasn't been updated since 2014. I am surprised that Jive hasn't shown it more love - I would think many people would use their phones or tablets to manage tasks. All of our staff use this app almost exclusively. Produccteev is very powerful. And the free offering is excellent. Thank you! An offline mode would be a good addition.

I just installed Producteev tonight and already it surpasses so many other apps I've tried, providing features that the others refuse to offer. Keep up the great work! *** UPDATE *** I dropped a star since the app requires an internet connection to use. How about storing a copy of task data locally, allowing task creation when offline, and then syncing when online?

Wow, I'm loving this app so far! Simple to use yet powerful and effective in creating plans for projects. I especially like the fact that it lets you create sub tasks for tasks created within projects. Scheduling tasks is super easy and you can place reminders on tasks from minutes to days before deadline. I can't work offline but that's not an issue for me since I use it mostly in places where I have connection to the Internet. Nonetheless, it would be nice for it to include possibility to work offline.

Fixed all of the problems mentioned below in my earlier review. Seems to work great but we will see how this latest update works. This was my old review: "Won't let me enter a due date for a task. Also won't even let me add a note. Gives some sort of "Null exception I/O error". Wish I knew if Jive was going to do anything about the problems with this app, and the main web site. We are probably are going to pay our developer to adapt Bugzilla to make it similar to Producteev."

The good: Much improvement in the sync and repeat functions of the app. Fairly smooth on the update and how fast information is available between the app and online. Well done. The bad: When are we going to see the new updates that are on the Website on the App? Doesn't cache offline, and always has to re-cache the data when I flip the screen. This is not good when I accidentally shift my phone and the screen flips while I am adding something new to my lists, because I lose it and have to retype it. What I would like to see still: Offline caching is a big one. I have to be able to see the lists even when I do not have signal. I also would like the sort for due Today to include late items in the sort as well. This is something that Wunderlist and even the old Astrid could do, and is fundamental logic. Just these alone would earn it two more stars from me. Overall: A superior app for me compared to others that I have used in recent years. I especially appreciate all of the functionality that is given for free. Thank you for not doing what Wunderlist does and allowing people who just need personal task management to have it the way they want it.

A very negative surprise: it only works online, which makes it quite slow, and unusable without internet access. Can't even add tags or schedules without internet access! Too bad, as I was actually liking it and considering replacing Toodledo.

I have 4 Google accounts on my phone and it doesn't give the option to choose which account to sign in with and the default is the wrong account.

I really do not like periodically repeating task. It has made me miss a task because it automatically marked the task as completed without "I" actually saying I completed the task. *sigh* I really love most features of this app, but this is really making the app unusable. Maybe I am missing something, but how can I set a task to repeat every 3 months, or check my paycheck biweekly? I thought periodically repeating was the solution but I found out that it auto completes. PLEASE If the Devs are reading please give us the option to repeat task every x days, weeks, months, years instead of limiting the monthly repeat to a certain day of each month. Also add the option to repeat after or every based on completion date. Todoist does this very well but I really want to like Producteev. If this isn't fixed I guess I will go back to Todist. I really love this app and appreciate any effort to solve this problem.

*Change from landscape to portrait or in reverse loses screen state. PLEEEASE fix!!!! Would love some offline support! Yes i have v1.1.1 - the problem has been ignored for more than a year it's crazy. I don't get why this is low priority for you guys.

I m trying to add image in task's comment but after choosing an image. When i tries to post comment. It says task not found. Device nexus 5

Dislike that it now refuses to let me use the Google ID I want to sign in with. Keeps attempting to sign me in with the device's default Google account - and that's not the official ID I use for Producteev. So, absolutely useless ... have to use the web version to check my and teams tasks!

I'm having errors finding the widget to place on my home screen when on the widget list. Using Nova Launcher. Please advise.

Free, usefull, no ad, plan n simple to use for small group of a team. No need of paying fees whatsoever

The app doesn't have some options like "paused" or "running" task, and I use it a lot. Also, it sometimes mixes a task with the task's title I was reading before. I'd give 5 stars with these things solved.

Great PM APP. But I'm facing problem in either uploading or downloading files attached with the notes. Quick fix is suggested.

Producteev reseted my pasword. Now I can't log in neither get the new pasword to my mail. My Boss is yelling at me...

Please fix the login using Google. If I have more than one Google account in my phone you're requesting access for the first one and not letting me choose another one to login with.

Works nice but lacks the native look and feel. Useless without an Internet connection.

The app wakes me up at 12am every day with reminders for the days tasks. Overrides Do Not Disturb somehow, possibly bc it's considered an alert. Dumb. Need to be able to: Assign subtasks, add notes to tasks, archive projects, set custom reminders, install Chrome Web app for destop, export a list as an email, use Google Now to create tasks, receive notifications for subtasks creation and completion, set recurring tasks to a specific weekday of a specific week of the month (ie. Every 1st Monday of the month). Some that I listed here are vital features of a task mgmt app that are missing.

I really like Producteev but I would like to have better offline access. I have been in situations where I needed make a change or add to a "to do list" and due to no wifi or cell signal I was unable to access. Thanks Producteev....keep up the good work!!

Only miss offline mode. Otherwise really complete task system with lots of functions. And is free. I highly recomend.

I have multiple Google accounts on the phone. Trying to log in using Google+ but it will only go to the first listed account. No option to select a different account to use.
