Sometimes the app crashes when it's loading the project and then I have wasted time doing the project. By that time I need to leave the store. Some times I am told they don't get my video or it's not the right video even tho I follow all the instructions (I am VERY meticulous). I don't know where the breakdown is happening but it is very, very frustrating to use the app these days.

I used to love this app. I upgraded last week (after being prompted several times) and now I have rewards missing and two unreviewed videos. I contact Customer Support and they say they have no record of these. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? Silly me I did not keep the confirmation emails ..i have asked for a phone number or specific email but have not heard back. ****Update:. I received an email with the same questions I had already been asked and already answered. This happened after I updated app.

Update: suddenly after doing very well on this app, I stopped receiving invites after cashing out. I use to get them daily, now none. My account has been disabled but they won't admit it, or address why. 100% what you give is what you get. Make small videos in stores, follow instructions exactly, and you will have no issues. Made close to $2k already total. Only necessary suggestion to PT: Please fix the layout and overall way you show our completed jobs and their status.

Great app and fast awards! The products are relevant and sometimes I end up getting to try new products because of using this app. I love it! 10/10 no complaints!!

Pretty great app that is reliable and does exactly as it says as long as you follow the rules, great app for making a little extra money on the side!

I have done like 20 videos and have not had any issues really. I mean the typical stares in the store or workers following me around. Some staff in certain stores do not like it at all. But the apps i great n ive earned so much amazon gift cash. Thanks for actually being real unlike most things on the internet.

I love this App! The jobs are fun and they pay quickly and they pay ALOT more than other apps. There are alot of scams out there, but this is solid af. I would recommend to anyone who needs some Amazon money!

Helped me resolve my problem. Consistently rewards after jobs are complete. There are new projects on almost everyday, rewards to amazon which is great for me!

This is an awesome app and I'm glad to have found it. It's a legitimate way to earn Amazon gift cards. Tasks pay well and you get paid quick!

Lately it has been frustrating. They are not reviewing and rewarding projects as quickly as they used to. The app seems to have problems uploading the videos as another user mentioned. I did a $30 3 part AR video and only got rewarded $8 after I had to ask an entire week later about when I would receive my reward. The feedback that I got was that my third video was not usable and got stuck at the 2 minute 50 second mark, but on my end all videos were working. It took me an hour to record.

Fun way to make a few extra dollars... Just remember to follow the guidelines well. Hint: you can pause your video at any time and pull up the instructions (recommended) or keep the instructions on your screen while you shoot (but run the risk of not filming to the best of your ability). It's fun to be the narrator of your own video! Most of the videos are shot with the camera pointed away from you, so you can have fun, even on a bad hair day! And be sure to thank the staff, they work hard

I have completed 10(+/-) projects so far and I'm having a great time using this app. Once you get used to people staring at you as you appear to be talking to yourself, it goes smoothly. I learned about Amazon this way too, since the rewards are Amazon E-Gift Cards. I believe that you will find it a very unique method to document shoppers habits and thoughts and you will find it way less monotonous than the other apps out there. The rewards are consistently fair.I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

Easiest money making app that I have tried. I have done a large variety of apps. From rebate apps to receipt scanning to paid to play games. This is by far the easiest and biggest return for time put in. I love doing the videos. It is so simple. You read all the requirements before going into a store. Then you just record what you see as you shop for a specific item. Super simple!

I have only completed 2 projects with Product Tube, but it's easy to do and really convenient....you can complete the videos on your weekly shopping trips or whatever. The good thing is that they allow for these videos to be made at your choice of store out of 4 or 5 options (at least that's how its worked so far). Plus, payment is super fast - paid by the time I even thought to check the app the next day. You can redeem anything from $5 up.... Projects pay at least $5! My 2 were $10 and $15

This is any easy way to get a little extra cash, largely while grocery shopping. You need to be comfortable making videos in public. It's not as big of a deal as I thought it would be. I wouldn't say that the payout is worth it for all of the offers, but some definitely are. The rating is specifically for the app functionality. You can see all of the test prompts while you're in the recorder, which helps a lot. The only major thing is that it can take a really long time to upload the videos.

Thre only reason I am reading it at 4 starts and not 5 it's because I really wish u had the option to get cash or PayPal. You can't buy everything on Amazon. But this app is very true to it's word and that's a whole lot more than most apps on here can say! It pays and it pays very well considering how easy each task is. you literally don't need any skills. If you can read directions, be honest, and push record on your phone while your shopping... then this app is for you. Thank u product tub

I've used producttube on and off for about 3 years. I love it! it's a fun way to get a little extra $$. There are times when I qualify for 2 or 3 projects at once and there are times I dont qualify for anything at all. It does require very specific information be included in the videos to be rewarded. Overall it's a good app, only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because a lot of times there are no offers I can do, but when there are I like it a lot.

Great app and service. Just did a study/project yest and submitted the video. Then,the next day in the early morning, I got an email notification to let me know that I have been rewarded for the study. The terms and conditions each project is very easy to understand, requirements of what you're supposed to do for each project are laid out concisely. Definitely a service that I'm going to be using more of. Also, once you redeem your reward, it only takes 1 business day to receive.

I didnt have any problems with this ap until it updated. I recorded two videos and it took a while to complete. After they down loaded they were not on my ap. I looked every where and was fixing to just delete the ap and I went to files on my phone and I found them I had to go through all the trouble to down load them to You tube ap and then copy the link and then go and down load to project tube. I never had to do this ever before but it all started after I updated the ap. Please fix this .

Latest app update ruined the app , it freezes as soon as i open it , does the same thing when trying to upload a video and uploads it till it reaches 100% and then freeze and never upload the video. Also it doesn't save the video's taken directly from the app and only leave an empty video file saved. So when you upload a video from the app that ended up freezing after you leave the store you end up with no video to re upload . The previous app before the latest update didn't have this issues.

Love this app! Use it all the time. If you FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS exactly there is no problem getting compensated. They are very clear on what they are looking for. I have completed many many projects and only missed getting paid for one because I forgot to say what store I was in. Totally my fault. Highly recommend if you want some free amazon gift cards.
