Always easy to navigate.. Now not at ALL. December 2021. Can't access anything! Totally disappointed
After using this app to check if I had enough money for a purchase and verifying that there were no pending transactions. I woke up to find a overdraft privilege fee in the morning. Great at paying bills and transferring money to other people though.
Before this app was updated I loved it...now I cannot see my transaction history unless I sign out and back in again a few times before it will load the history. I hope there is a resolution to these issues soon as I am really missing the old version and frustrated with the new 😕
A simple, all-in-one app. I use this app almost daily to keep up on all my transactions and have never had a complaint! It allows me to look at my accounts within seconds with the security of knowing my information is personal and safe.
Great access to your account to transfer money, deposit checks, view account activity, etc. Would have given 5 Stars but have had difficulty with viewing Checking account activity without flipping back and forth between viewing Checking, savings, and back before app uploads activity under checking. Have redownloaded app and am still having issues.
This app is convenient and easy. I very rarely have any issues. I think the only time I can't log in is when it's updating or they are running maintenance. I recommend this.
The mobile deposit part needs improvement. It takes forever to take a picture and then when it does, it won't accept it and I have to go deposit it in person anyway. Also it takes too long to get full credit for some deposits.
After your weekend update, the app. will not open up from the first screen. I have to go into the more option and select the website then go in this way. Not as convenient.
The new update has been harder to see my pending transactions. The older version had a bar separating pending transactions from my actual balance. The update has cost me money. Not cool!!!
Great app to have when ur on the go and u need to maneuver money from numerous accts. Love it!!!! I'm also able to transfer money to my college students 😁 and deposit checks without having to go to a branch.
Updating my review from 2019. Convenient! I've been using this app for years now; still have NEVER experienced any glitch with this app on my old phone or new one. It's a smooth-running app.
App timed out in a very short time. I estimate less than 30 seconds between touches. . . just long enough for me to endorse the check. Never had this problem before.
App worked, then it updated, now says it can't and won't display any information, literally cannot use the app.
This app used to be perfect! But now it glitches so bad! It won't let me see the history well, and every time I try to deposit a check it logs me out of the app. This is so frustrating!!
A great feature would be to have pending charges already show against an available balance. Otherwise this is a fantastic app that I use almost daily!
App is easy to use yet secure. I really appreciate a text when a large amount has been moved/used in my accounts.
Works great for quickly depositing checks without the hassle of going to an ATM. Can quickly and easily transfer money from one account or another.
Thumbprint login.. Transfers.. I love this app. I use it All. The. Time. I dont like that you have limited transfers in a month.
I love how convenient it is to manage my account/money. I can transfer money easily from different accounts and pay my Bill's all at once.
I've been with Pro Fed for over 40 years although the online app is convenient the Credit Union it self is hard to deal with. They don't give loans!!
Does everything I need it to do. Check balances, transfer funds. Smooth and easy navigation. Use it all the time!
Very slow to open. Something changed. Details never to long to come up. Now it takes forever. No matter where I'm at
The app is user friendly. Very convenient way to complete most transactions I need without going in to the branch.
App works only after tech support for each part. Want to deposit checks? Call first. Want to use the app to create a checking account...call first before opening the account on the app.🥺🥺
Got the app fixed a while back... just forgot to update the review. The administrators of this app did a fantastic job helping earlier this year.
Used to work fine, now it's buggy and doesn't always show my transaction history only the whole dollar amount in my account.
I use this app all the time, and its starting to get buggy. My accounts take forever to load and always do not show my transaction history initially. I have to jump between accounts for about 3 minutes before it comes up. Very slow to log in as well. Would appreciate some updates!!!
