While this version is a helpful tool, it often crashes. There is no longer an option to clear the cache Wich would repair functionality. In it's current development, it is useful for a time before it must be uninstalled and reinstalled. An additional tool for figuring carbs to dietary fiber would be nice but that's just simple math. In the future, if possible, please consider a way for scanning bat codes for dietary info . My fitness pal is very good at this but I would rather just use one app
I have not been able to use the app in weeks. When the app did work, I enjoyed being able to check on my progress and making sure my scale synced correctly. Now whenever I open the app it says "alert something went wrong please try again"
I would give this app ZERO STARS but it forces a one star minimumrating to be able to post. I have had every single coach tell me it's not worth trying or dealing with the app. Pretty let down by the whole experience. Glad I paid for a really expensive scale that I cant see the results on the app that was designed for it. For a billion dollar company with a full scale IT staff this is a large let down for your customers.
i dont see my progress from my scale that is synced. i also messaged my coach via the app. i can she replied but it won't let me allow to view the reply. not a good first experience. I've used ww and my fitness pal and both are more intuitive and robust
app has to be shut down every time or else I can't get it open. has limited food entries. just poorly designed and needs a lot of improvements. but the biggest thing is i can't get it started without closing the app.
Unistalled it because I keep getting a error message. It never syncs with my scale either. very frustrating. I took the scale back & it worked great in the Profile office, so brought it home & it still won't work for me.
This app is completely worthless. It doesn't work at all. When it does allow you to enter information it doesn't save it. I would think as much as we pay for Sanford Profile they could provide us with working resources!
This is a pretty bad app as it doesn't do most of what is in here. Example, sent in a question on day 4 and still have not gotten a response a month later. Also, not a good sign when no updates in well over a year. . Would expect more given how much the profile costs.
fix your website! I constantly get error messages and the app says i am not synced. everytime I want to use the app to I have to uninstall it and reinstall it! frustrating as heck. it's been 4 months since I last could use the app! Still not working!!!
The app is not working and u keep getting error messages. I cant reciece messages and it will not sync. When i can get into the app it is koy user friendly at all. It is easier to log my food on paper
I like the app. It is easy to track progress. However, there are a lot of glitches. Scale sync doesnt work some times. App is not available at times.
app kept coming up something went wrong. uninstall/installed several times. No change. Lady at profile said she would contact IT. Have not heard from anyone. Last try---if no change its out the window.
Website is better, despite being less mobile friendly. The app doesnt update to the current day and has been unuseable for several days now. Very unfortunate since the program is great and a mobile friendly option would be ideal.
Was excited to be able to track my progress at first then the noticed the app crashes constantly. After reading previous reviews I can see that Profile could care less what its members are experiencing with it. Review after review saying the same thing for years shows the level of customer care here is zero. Same issues with it being stated all the way back to 2013. Sad that a company this big is so remiss to clients experience with this tool. PROFILE THIS LOOKS REALLY BAD ON YOUR COMPANY.
Since just over a month ago, I get error message when opening app. Uninstalling, deleting, reinstall doesn't help. Pixel 2 When it worked, it did what I expected.
It fails to launch too often which makes it unreliable. I've reloaded it twice and it works for a few days and then just fails to launch.
Limited functionality. No food scanner which wouldn't be so bad on the meal replacements IF there was a place to make notes for flavor and thoughts. No integration for activities from other trackers such as Fitbit or other apps.
Fails continuously to link to the scale even after resinking the scale and reinstalling the app. Have not been able to use the app in over a week.
this app has not worked for about 6 weeks..I keep getting a "something went wrong" message. I have deleted the app, redownloaded it, signed out and signed back in..nothing works
I've installed and reinstalled multiple times and all it says is something went wrong. Please fix the bugs this could be such a great and helpful app!

Unable to open full messages sent to you by different trainers. Not user friendly for entering equivalent foods for the neal plan. Has crash a few times.
It crashes and I can't get in to track my weight anymore ... My scale connected to the app and now I just got a ver expressive electric scale coz the app won't sync and cannot sign in
Oops Something went wrong Message I keep getting & I've been installed this app three times. The only thing I use the app for was to keep track of my progress. The daily food intake tracking is too much information I rather just have to check mark yes I had this yes I had that. I don't want to put in how much I ate what I ate when I ate it
Overall easy to use. Sometimes glitches when I haven't input for a few days. It really helps to stay on track!

It just never, ever works on my android phone. Profile is a great way to lose weight, but the phone app is worthless.
Constantly having trouble with it not working. Have uninstalled and redone multiple times and now I can't get it to work at all.
Worked fine until a week ago. Now every time I open it, it says "ALERT something went wrong. Please try again". Does not show as synced with the scale although the website shows it synced and has all my most recent info. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same. Not a useful error message. Sure would like to see it sync directly with s-health, google fit or MyFitnessPal. Or my fitness tracker... Or anything really, other than the company website.
