This app only appears to function when first installed and connected. I've reached out to the developers multiple times and received no response at all. NO COMMUNICATION!! After first initializing the app all of the statistics are inaccurate. Even when trying to refresh, the system never gets further than 30% analyzing and then just stops. The not following back section is inaccurate. The section that indicates Bots is not accurate. I want a refund!!!

They charge to provide inaccurate info that takes a ridiculous amount of time to compile. I was dumb and paid for a full year and I uninstalled after 2 days. A refund would be nice but I'm not holding my breath. Update: I'm still using the app since I paid a full year for it because some of the info is accurate or at least close but now they want to charge additional fees.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!! All useful features are locked behind a pay wall. Went ahead and paid the 30 bucks (insanely expensive, even if it worked) for a 1 year subscription. The features take approximately 20 minutes, during which you cant close the app or no progress will be made. After about 2 days, they autocancelled my subscription (no refund ofc), so I'm left with 30 bucks less and a glorified screenshot of the instagram insights with all the useful info blurred

This app is a scam. Save your money and use it somewhere else. 1- takes forever to update and you can't navigate out 2- the data it shows is inaccurate 3- I paid for the full year subscription and got it activated. When I logged out and back in, it treated my account as a free account and asked me to upgrade again 4- It stopped updating any data and got stuck showing old data 5- I tried to reach out to support to fix the issue or to issue a refund and nobody replied. Again, avoid this app.

Every single button you click in the stats page brings the payment screen, so only whatever is visible in your account, meaning how many people follow you and how many you follow, is actually accessible. Pointless, those could have been marked as pro at least in the app itself, but also on the screenshots to make it clear. Full paywall, might as well just offer it as a paid app from the start, not forse users to link their account in order to see they have to pay. Also, no unfollowers section

Absolutely the most ridiculous app I have ever downloaded. It doesn't work 90% of the time and despite paying for it still doesn't update activity. I tried it with and without Wi-Fi and it doesn't work with either. Even Trying to log in almost always fails . Definitely do not recommend it

Only half of the features even seem to work, and even with the features that do "work" im more or less just taking its word for it. Biggest issue for me is that the information about yout posts isnt even accurate through the app... Checking the "most popular posts" page is just an absolute mess. The information its showing appears to be from like 48 hours ago... More recent posts of mine just dont show up. Oh, and thats WITH the paid version.

I paid for this app even but it's absolute garbage. Doesn't work. Constantly logs you out, tells you it's doing things but it doesn't, and is extremely slow when things do work. If you try to "clean" as they say it's unbearably slow and it disconnects constantly. Found another app that does it lightning fast so I uninstalled this.

The app worked fine for few days and then it logged me out and can't login back despite having paid for premium account. I tried this on multiple devices and I can't login to my Instagram account anymore. I tried to delete and install the app again few times with the same effect. This is ridiculous especially that I've paid for a months subscription...please sort this out or pay me back my money!

Unfollowers needs to be fixed. It shows people that still follow me as unfollowed Sometimes loading will be at 99% and not finish loading the data for a lengthy period of time. March 9 "oops you've been disconnected" before &after trying to Uninstall and reinstall to at least gain access to an app that I paid a year to benefit using. What the heck. And apparently there were bug fixes made on the 3rd? Let's hope it sorts itself out because now I've apparently lost all my collected information

About to uninstall. Paid for a subscription and it won't even finish analyzing my account. It's been almost 4 hours just to analyze. So, I'm getting literally nothing for 3.99. Thankfully, I didn't subscribe for the year! Emailed the developer. We'll see how their customer service is.

they no longer allow access to all the features for just the one subscription. You will have to get multiple subscriptions to access. The app analyzes you IG but if you screen turns off, it cancels and you have to restart. The analysis already takes what feels like forever. The app says 4 minutes but i timed it upwards of 15 minutes. This app used to be great. But now I wouldn't recommend it. I'm gonna start looking for a new app and cancel my subscription.

The most awful app you will ever see or use. As a marketer, i have to say this is a horrible option, the data benchmarked against other tools makes this app very far from reality, you might get locked out for no reason, not to mention the constant crashes and errors and some other stuff that I'm too lazy to write. There are many good options out there, this isn't one of them : )

I bought a month's subscription to test drive the app. It was going okay, but suddenly a week into my paid subscription I found out that I do not have access to the premium features I paid for. I tried sending them an email but their mail box is full and my message was rejected.

You have to pay to do or look at literally anything. I cant even refresh the page without paying. This whole app revolves around paying for anything. If you would like to look at anything make sure you pay! Free to download but then you pay to do anything else. Its also not accurate, for example it said that I have 0 likes.

Terrible. I got the trial offer to see if this worked, and none of the features work! It kept asking me to subscribe in order to use the features. Fix your user experience and stop with all the overly simulating UI/UX It's overwhelming and makes the user not want to use your app. Keep it simple

I purchased the year. This app is far from accurate. Every time it ran an analysis, provided that it actually got through an entire analysis without freezing, the analysis would be wrong. It would show me tons of people who unfollowed me when in fact they hadn't. I would go check each account myself and they were still following. There were other analysis that were incorrect as well. Vancelled my subscription and deleted the app.

This app is actually pretty terrible. The first thing they try do is put 2 ads in your face for their upgraded service and it takes about 30 seconds for the x button to appear then they take forever to do the actual analysis part I never even got to see my stats.

Unable to log in anymore, the app keeps looping back to log in page after entering my details. App crashes when trying to look into insights, purchased 1 month and wasn't even updating with the latest information (new and lost followers). Showed real people as bots. App isn't great at all so please don't waste your time.

2 things. Clicking feed crashes the app so it just doesnt work and seeing stories privately works but then disappears after 1 use? Uninstall and reinstall brings it back. Will rate higher if these were fixed as the rest of the stats you can get for basically free Edit: They added checking stories permanently and feed no longer crashes the app

This app is a scam. After using the free trial and cancelling my subscription the next day, they charged my account. Not only that, they charged my account multiple times a month for a monthly subscription. This app is a scam!!! I am hoping they didn't just drain my account of $300 or more!!

Wast of your time as soon as you open the app and add will show up and even when you get rid of the add by clicking the X at the top right corner and then try to go back into it the app the add will just keep showing up everytime you go into it and you can't do anything else except that so.... WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!!

The app is worthless. Uninstaled and requested refund. The app only shows you who liked the photos most and simple stuff that you can check by yourself on Instagram. Nothing about "who views your Instagram profile". They just take your money without any trial period or any chance to actually see what this app does, and this is because it does nothing!

The stats are totally wrong and as that is the point of the app it makes the app totally useless. There is a function to contact the makers regarding issues but I have, as of yet, heard nothing. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Got to use it once and it was always glitchy. Then one day it didn't let me into the app again. Could NOT find anywhere to call to get my money back. When it did work it was very helpful, they just need to put a little bit more work into it to make it a little bit more accessible.

Stealing your money without letting you see the app. It's unfair. I believe this app was good and pay about 1 year for using it 3 minutes. Don't meet any requirments, just statitics and have too many bugs with signing you out every 2 minutes. I want a refund because it is unfair and i dont know how i can contact the support. Is really unfair. Very disappointed

I think you put so much esthetic in the app, that you maybe forgot the user experience.. i don't know.. I have to pay or follow some accounts so I can use the app. Furthermore, there is a loading bar saying that I have to wait 1 min more before closing the app. I'm still waiting since 10 minutes so I closed it. I prefer to uninstall your app and continue to use your competitors ones. Maybe they are ugly but at least it's functional and accessible.
