ProfiMail Go - email client

if you want multiple accounts and rules to hide/colour/move/make sounds then this is the app! its free?! works and is fast, so far I'm really impressed so much so I looked for the pro version to pay for it! the rules are excellent and I really like the email preview window. very useful app. better than typeapp, bluemail, maildroid etc imho. All of which are pay pay pay.

Fantastic Email App. I have email with 2 providers which I accessed via WebBrowser to allow access my mail from any device. However Web interfaces change often without notice, are userunfriendly + not designed for efficient+fast access. This one is excellent, logically designed by top professionals of XPlore filemanager (best file manager of all operating systems). Therefore I thought I would try this email client. It is smashing. I can administrate my emails 10 to 20 times faster than before.

I like this email app a lot. It's responsive —the message list opens immediately, and feels professional. The only criticisms: 1: When first adding an account, push email isn't defaulted; you have to go into advanced settings. It's a rather basic requirement so this should be the default. 2: The icons you can choose to represent a particular account are silly—no email icon. However, you can provide your own. 3: Emails need too much scrolling as there's not enough space left to display them.

Finally an email client that has sorting rules. My work email doesn't have sorting unless you are running a IMAP account on a pc. This app saves me from having my pc on 24/7 to sort my emails. Everything else is good. Ui has a bit to be desired, but it does the job. Everything is nice and customizable as well which is a plus.

Good design, from the same developers of X-Plorer file manager. I really like the app but to a surprisingly disappointment, even with html off, plain text, no image set as the default view of emails, servers are being pinged, as if the html, img were being loaded. Please fix. I dont see this behavior on other email client apps.

Trash folder disappeared. Can't delete by swiping the headline of recognized spam, instead it requires you to open the spam then hit delete. Not smart!! Can't select all to delete contents of any folder, instead you must click on each to open then you can hit delete.. Who thought swiping wasnt a good idea??? Uninstalling, unfortunately..I thought this was a good app. The set up is very well written especially for manual setups. You guys fix the way to delete emails and I'll be back

Filter rules are difficult to set up. Should be possible when pressing on the sender for example that it suggests a prefilled filter rule. Also I couldn't find a way to delete an E-Mail account. It was just refreshing instead. The E-Mail body text is way too big as well.

Still THE Best I started using Profimail when I still had my Nokia phone running on Symbian OS. I've used all the other email apps, and they are good... but I keep coming back to Profimail - seems like the developers built in all the updates for the next 30 years for the app!.... other apps seem to always be missing something. Maybe a Windows version can be built someday 😁 Thanks guys. Profimail is still THE BEST!

Really nice replacement for K9. Simple, no unnecessary add-ons. Works well. Happily supports multiple accounts. Too be really picky, would like to be able to select multiple emails to delete, but that really is picky.

alas, a true professional app. it's a shame that it turned to freeware and development has stopped. almost the ultimate android mail client ever put here - if Redirect (Bounce) and print (to PDF at least) weren't missing. Yet a big thanks to developers.

I thought this was going to be it but the interface is far too clunky. I want to open it to a unified folder with all the other folders unified too. I want emails to read from left to right like they would in any other email client. Too cluttered. Too ugly.

Your app is very neat, but ... You are lacking server options, when adding new email accounts. You are also missing "mark as spam" and other regular but very useful features. Can you please fix ? Another major drawback is that one cannot config pop3 for gmail I.e. because your select box simply does not list this option

Gmail, go to settings, first thing, enable either IMAP or POP or both, if you have 2 Verification in place, you would be able to generate APP PASSWORD: go to security, look for APP PASSWORD and generate one as password for setup. If 2 Verification is not in place in your email, under security, look for and enable "Access for less secure apps", once enabled, use your email password for the setup of. Same guidelines for Microsoft and Yahoo, but this 2 may not require one to enable IMAP or POP.

After many try can't add any Gmail or Yahoo account!😔 Can you provide both settings to add account?

OK so LonelyCat Games already gets 1,000,000 ******s in my book for their incredible, outstanding, PowerUser friendly (and regular user friendly!) X-plore File Manager. Now they come out with this Email client that to me seems to be the only one in the Android world that has easy-to-set up INCOMING MAIL RULES!! No , you don't have to log in to Google's damn Gmail website and clunk around every time you want to set up a rule or filter: it's in the ProfiMail Go app!!! WELL DONE FOLKS AT LONELYCAT!!!!! :) :) :) I sent them a message, as I believe they MUST have a paid version of this app out there somewhere! I want to support the devs! And you should too. One small request: update your Account Creation to OAUTH or whatever allows google to verify your identity upon creation of acct, rather than separately having to go to Google, create an App Password, then go back to ProfiMail and enter it. Small annoyance, but not a deal-breaker!

I know the app is not longer maintained however, It would be wonderful to see some UI updates while preserving the same tiny footprint and excellent functionality and privacy features.

I have tried a bunch of email clients all the good ones however i found also had there own email service, not that that is an isse however I wanted one which would not sync using the hyerachy that was built around specific providers. This was the perfect solution, i use an obscure(ish) email service which I hve no problem with on this email client and it dosent mess up setting with amy of my other accounts. so *****

I love this app. I can go through all my mail in every account I have in one screen. I'm only giving 4 stars cause every time I check my hotmail account. If I have the message count to high it shuts it down.

Excellent email app! Easy to setup and configure.

X-plore is so damn good, I thought to try this app. But the *only* choices for email signature are "Promotional" or "None". I don't get it!? ... Aha! I can add my own, eh? In my humble opinion, that needs shown better in the options.

When properly set up this is the best mail app. (Free one) that I have found, and I have tried them all. Works just fine with Gmail as well and there are no ads.

I love ProfiMail. If anyone is having problem, you need to allow access of other mail clients to your gmail account. Search google on how to do that. I threw the gmail app in the dustbin and have been using this for quite some time. Its reliable and I love the simplistic presentation and UI. I also use x-plore file manager from this same Dev. I hope lonely cat games Dev will bring us more amazing apps in the future.

Please help. I cannot send you an email, I cannot send any emails from my gmail account now after I installed your app. what am I supposed to do?? I entered my account and correct password, I even changed it and reentered it. I cannot use your app, it keeps rejecting my account! There's always something wrong! How can i even recover my gmail account?!!

Love it. This app is very good, easy, lightweight and ads free with many rules. Backup & Restore option is very perfect.

Good, simple, efficient app by the deft developers of X-plore file manager for Android. Finally had to check out their other products, such as this one, and glad I did because I needed a better mail app than the handful of others I tried.

This is amazing for mobile and need to make for PC win 7,8,10 etc. for same facility. Its too fast to use and easy to use. Thanks for making for this.

I have just started using this app but I have already noticed when you delete a mail it disappears. doesn't go to the trash folder or the deleted items folder
