App was trash. Very easy to set everything up but the payment screen never loads. Missed out on the flowers I wanted to send because of it. I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra so it's not because my phone is outdated.
Ordering on the app is easy and at 1st I really liked it over there website. But the app does not give detailed order information & customer service will not help you with the information they want. Flowers are great but overall bad experience when ordering from the app.
Not linked to your whole account, you can only view mobile orders with the app. very pointless and behind the times. with how much you guys charge for flowers, you'd think you could afford a better app.
Terrible this company can't get their act together they say they're going to ship it a certain date they ship days later and miss the holiday or occasion that you originally order flowers for useless! you try to order it ahead of time so everything is okay they charge of $67.50 for two dozen roses and then it charges $37.98 for shipping and handling. Buyer beware as they gouged on shipping and said they delivered 2 days after the original confirmation date. Unacceptable Service App SUX!
I Hate this company, why even give the option to choose a date if it never arrives on the date or at all, also it defeats the purpose to use this service if it arrives days after your selected day of choice its just waste of time and money i could have went to my local flower shop and saved at least $20
minimal at best. why does this app ask you for your login credentials but doesn't even show you anything on your account except for mobile orders placed only?!. this is utterly ridiculous and disappointing. you might as well just go to the website and place orders
If you want to waste your money, this is a great app. Ordered flowers and was given a 48 delivery window. Then 4 days later, i was told the delivery would be delayed an additional week. A week later, still no flowers.
I had a issue years ago with my order timing the customer service was great got a full refund and still kept the flowers. I decided to trust them and this time I am plaised with my order everything went smoothly. thank you and I will recommend.
What a terrible app! Don't even bother with it... If you want to place an order and have an actual selection to choose from, go to their website. This app is a waste of time.
Proflowers consistently delivers fresh beautiful flowers/plants on time. On the rare occasion that there's an issue, they do their best to make it right. I'll be sticking with them.
app has no way to create special directions, modify orders, cancel orders, make an account, or select a delivery date. Very poor design and hard to work with.
Don't waste your money! I bought a bouquet to be send to my grandmother for mother's day. Never got it. Customer service is absolutely awful. I had to threaten to go through my bank to get a damn refund and a response. 70 dollars to send flowers and they never there. Way over priced (delivery was 22 dollars), customer service is awful. Don't bother with this company. Find a different one that isn't a scam.
Terrible app. It says I have a "limited selection" because of the date I chose, but will not let me view this limited selection.
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and I was very upset about the way they were sent instead of coming directly to my wife they went all the way north and then it came back to the south and the whole time they were without water and they only lasted for a few days. Why they went north from the south and back made no sense. Bad shipping and quality.
terrible experience I was so excited to have my flowers shipped because I couldn't be home but there was an issue with a vase not showing up with the flowers and then I called customer service and no one can understand what I was saying all I wanted was a vase that was supposed to be included I did not want a refund and they couldn't even help me I spent $60 on flowers and i regret ever ordering from this site
The app payment screen continues to load and load....finally I gave up.
The app NEVER has recent order info! What's the point in having the app when I have to eventually go to the internet to look up info.
Trash company, lies about delivery dates, offers refunds but never puts the money back into your account. This "company" is a scam.
Isn't there a company that doesn't wait until 4:45pm to deliver to a business? I ordered flowers for my fiance's birthday first thing in the morning. She received them just before she was heading out the door. I could have just bought flowers for a third of the cost and brought them home. These guys are no better than 800flowers. I'll just do it there old fashioned way I guess and go to the florist on my own.
App is missing so many features that you can find on their website.
I have been trying to get ahold of anyone at this company for days to cancel an order and have not been able to talk to anyone. Cancel my order and give me my money back, please!
Will not be doing business with this company anymore. spent $150 on a flower arrangement that is called BLUE SKIES ( blue hydrangeas ) and received a white and green arrangement instead, when I asked about a replacement, was quoted their substitution policy which states a similar and comparable substitution will be sent if the florist can not make it, however, this was NOT similar, this was NOT comparable. At least give me option to pick something else.

THE ULTIMATE WORST!!! I ordered on valentines day (2022) waaay before opening times. Paid for rush same day delivery. I waited all day until 730pm then proceeded to go into the lobby downstairs at 735pm. 755pm i recieved a txt saying package was delivered and no a soul insite but me nor outside in the front bay. Smdh. My wife went to bed sad.js
they came a day early and look great
WORST COMPANY THERE IS. Save your money go to graveyard and get the flowers that were thrown away they will be in better condition then what you get from these folks and will be on time not a month late. Or buy from street vendor not these people they are trash.
Worst service. Your flowers are overpriced and won't even get to the recipients
FTD horrible service. Did not deliver on Mother's Day
I have used this app successfully for a number of years and have been very happy with it. However, I am trying to update my card information. I have tried a number of times and, each time, the app freezes. I am going to have to switch to another service as I can't update my cards.
