My Health Records app powered by PrognoCIS (TM) gives you access to your Health Records as available on the Patient Portal. It allows you to view your ambulatory summary details, prescription details, Allergies, Immunization record, upcoming and scheduled Health Reminders, Laboratory and Radiology results. It also allows you to view your Billing Statements payable to the clinic, to receive patient receipts thus keeping you informed about your latest transaction updates, including your last payment details. Take appointment and also view the statuses of your previously scheduled, requested, and tentative appointments.Directly communicate with your Primary Health care provider by sending him or her messages through the app.Send a request for the Refill of medication prescribed to you by your Provider in the Clinic.Print Education Materials

The app does not work i did everything it says to do and everything is put my body in it says incorrect password. So how am I suppose to get the temporary password if I can't get the app to open

Not good. The lady waited on me this morning was rude and impatient. If you work with the public, you need to have people skills. She treated me like homeless person needing help. To rude to work with the public. Although, the young man was helpful and pleasant unlike his counterpart co-worker.

No option to ask for help on where to find the clinic code. So irrated with this app. I won't open because it needs the clinic code to proceed.

Can't log in even with correct user name, password, and clinic ID. Too bad. Looks much nicer than the website.
