App does what it offers, but needs work on the UI. Displaying of results are cropped and shown in weird bit position.
Ad after every calculation. Worthless. I'll just code up my own in Xamarin. I hated constantly getting long advertisements while trying to spend a few minutes converting between Hex and binary. If you want to make money either sell it for a dollar or two, or put a small unobtrusive banner ad at the bottom. You could also be like the good people at most GNU/GPL projects and simply request charitable donations.
Doesn't scale well for those of us with poor vision who've opted for larger graphics on system... bottom rows are off screen
A wonderful rendition of usefulness, a bit buggy at times but well done
Good, but change name to calc... cant remember sixteen free when searching for apps
Very complete calculator, really handy for programming on embedded systems !
This is most preferred calculator app.....Nice UI and very user friendly app....
cannot use for moe than 10 seconds with popups
Thank you. Really helpful with binary manipulation.
Window is weirdly cropped Is not tablet or ChromeOS friendly
Easy to use and does the job !
Finally a decent calculator with floats!!!
Don't have clear button
Best binary calculator.
it is very usefull app
Nice application very good
It delivers calculations which I want
I love this app...
no memory options
This is a superd app
Just what i was looking for!
Somehow the interface is very messy. Wish you could turn off the top bar but not go into full screen. The scrolling ops could be on a sideways swipe screen like the AOSP calculator. Fullscreen mode is very ugly and looks like babby's first Android app. But it's the best one of these calculators available here.
This is the best around. I checked out about 30 similar apps. I found four that were not junk. There are a few minor UI things on it that don't work for me. However the critical missing feature is a live integrated ASCII translator. It would be best if it worked in real time. It could be removable for those who don't care for that feature. As for me, I don't need octal and would love to swap it out for an ASCII conversion.
Full screen popups nagging/bullying to try other apps by this dev. Uninstalled. The dev replied that there are no ads. Apparently, the dev has comprehension problem: I never mentioned any ads. The app nags and bullies you to try other apps, and that's exactly what it is doing.
I'd pay for a premium version that doesn't include pop ups which is advertising for the developers other apps. Its annoying. At least give an option for a premium version. Otherwise the calculator works as intended. But because of the annoying pop up Im giving it 4 stars.
Didn't see a CLEAR button. Had to hit DEL multiple times after = to start a new calculation. I'd hoped app would lessen number of keystrokes over scientific calc but actually adds many more.
It's an useful app. It would be even better if the exponent in fp mode would be given also in decimal and if there would be a button to instantly clear the screen, not one digit at a time.
Great app thanks. For 5 stars and a beer i would ask for big and little endians conversion.
One of the very few PlayStore calculators which do it right! There is also 2's complement support. Endianess support could be improved and it is not possible to start by subtracting from default 0 (i.e. do -1 on top of default pre-entered 0). Still the best binary calc out there 👍
