Nice description of computer code language. Many varieties and in depth essays about history and status. It is a nice companion to help if you are looking for references to do additional research or just to get aquanted with some of the languages that have influenced where coding came from and where it may be heading. Not the one stop shop all but a very good companion.

The first two languages I picked contained lots of duplicated text (inform, assembly). Code examples are formatted as one liners. Worse, they are often not representative of the language - what use is a "Hello world" one liner for a language for interactive fiction?

One of the best apps you can get for deciding on learning a programming language. A good reference tool you can keep on going back to over and over again. Makes everything alot easier to work with when you know exactly what everything is.
