Progress of Project

Its actually a good app, simple but powerful, only downside is that it has no widget and no option for google calendar integration which is a big deal for me and the only reason I didn't subscribe for pro.

I luv this app a lot Just need an update add widgets, so that we can actually know the status on home screen simply while unlocking we can know the status, or any alert like daily task limit to be done, if missed app can alert the user to deadline is near or something

Really nice for a very simple app. It looks great, does what it says. Although, I would like some customisation, like changing the progress colours from green to red, and a dark theme, maybe some icons. Then, it'd be really awesome if there were some tasks with timers that included breaks now and then. It would just help to know how much time one actually spends. Lastly, notifications would definitely help.

This is so close to exactly what I am looking for that it is painful. The one key feature that is missing for me is the ability to change the quota so that it is per week rather than per day. Other than that everything is there though customization is lacking. For example there is no way to organize lists by dragging and dropping items. I would like the ability to change the percentage of a task so that instead of being 1-100 it's 1-5 or 1-30 or whatever I need for the specific task, and the percentage would be calculated based on that instead. Overall it's a brilliant starting point that could be one of the best and most unique organisation apps on the play store with a few minor improvements.

I really love this app. It does backup projects via Google sign-in, so projects can move to other devices or be managed from multiple devices. I did have a problem with subtasks spontaneously deleting after I upgraded to the subscription. But I think it's internet connection related. I found that using the "copy" feature and deleting the original fixes this and I haven't seen this problem again. I'd like to see a widget, task weighting and the ability to change task dependencies.

i was just looking for some simple manual progress bar, but what i've found is a 100 times better. the app is perfect for managing big personal tasks. planning brings so much joy, and calculating your progress is even better. the UI is clean, stable and intuitive, the functionality has all i need and i love it how the app advises how much i have to complete each day, this small feature deserves to be mentioned. a huge thanks to the developer for making my life easier.

The app is amazing, I downloaded like 15 similar apps and this one is just what I was looking for, simple, effective, easy to use and has a pretty good design. The only thing I'd like is to be able to have more control over the characteristics of each project and it's structure, as well as the option of changing between percentage progress and, for example, pages, chapters, sessions, etc. Keep up the good work!!

Very well design, simple and useful. There are some simple features I want to see in this app 1. I want to order project, tasks and subtasks on my desire with grabbing and dropping, not just with predefined options. 2. I want to set target value with custome value like numbers(page number for example). in current version only we can achieve our goal with presentages which sometimes hard to convert value to percentages equivalent. 3. local backup. I would suggest to look at "raise the bar" app.

I combine this app with notion and its seriously helpful. However, there are two things I feel that would encourage me more: 1. When at least 85% of the task is complete, I'd like to see the indicator turn green to tell me I'm almost there. The yellow is not motivating all the time. 2. If possible, when creating a new work, I'd appreciate if there were options, such as create a single task or project, rather than creating a project for a single task. All this aside, great app. Deserves 5*

I've been paying the subscription to have as many task levels as needed, but sometimes when I go into my projects, they're missing some sub tasks. Then I have to quit the app and come back in and then they'll finally load in. Today was the worst of it. Instead of just needing to be reloaded, the sub tasks were completely gone! It was like they'd gotten deleted but I know I didn't delete them. I also wish I could easily move a subtask from one project to another, and delete subtasks easily.

I've seen the reviews, i've tried the app. It's pretty great. Single thing I ask for this app is more accurate deadlines. For example, Due: Sep 7 8:35PM. That would make the planning much more efficient. Also, a desktop app or web app would be great. Besides that this is a great app and I totally recommend it, it's very simple, great features even without premium, and keeps you up to date with your progress, which is more than I really expected from this app.

Love the app! Been looking for this kind of thing forever! - Some additions I'd love to see: (1) Larger nest chains (I hear that this feature is planned :D!) (2) a button to transfer tasks and progress to another subtask list or make the list and its dependencies standalone (3) an option to use fractional slice buttons for quickly reporting progress (1 slice = 33%, 2 = 66%, 3 = 100% and such). I LOVE that I'm able to essentially write notes on my tasks with the Description section!

I have multiple projects going off all at the same time and this app relly has helped me organise small tasks and help me de=clutter my mind especially at the end of the day when I often use this. Thank you

Absolutely awful lack of data backup. The sync utility is terrible for transferring to a new device. Following the instructions just guarantees that you will lose all of your project data. Forget about customer service, takes forever to get a response. After this experience I definitely would not consider paying for it.

Ditched an app I was using for this one because seeing your accomplishments in numbers is satisfying! (My old app was just a check-off list.) I see that you can copy a whole task with its subcategories but how do you paste it? タスクをコピーする事は出来るみたいですが、どうやって貼り付けますか？ よろしくお願いします🙇

simplicity at your service, easy to use, when you need to put something together and don't have the time created from scratch, this simple app does the work for you. can you do anything about the reporting, some visual charts would be awesome instead of current format. thanks for the great work.

Very clean, fast, and intuitive UI. No unnecessary features that get in the way of your task progress management. I would like a continuous gradient bar though. The different gradient bar styles are only tri-color (E.g. red for 0 to 49%, yellow for 50% to 99%, green for 100%). Otherwise, it's perfect.

It would be infinitely easier to use if it supports a featurr where when users paste a list, there is an option to automatically create other tasks according to said list. It would also feel better if, when entering tasks, it wouldn't be on a pop-up floating box. Lastly, syncing with Trello would also be awesome.

this app is amazing. i don't know why it didn't have more downloads... probably the title? one thing you guys could do to improve is to have buttons to increase our decrease progress. the slide bar is awesome, but it would be great to have the option to fine tune. 👍👍

Excellent app but there it a glitch in this app that it is unable to manage todays target and days left. Like in my project i had only 10 days left but it shows incorrect todays target percentage.

Pretty useless. Every task has the same weighting, so a small completed task can make your project 50% complete.

I love its simplicity and UI. however, if we can decide the priority order of projects simply just by drag and drop will be a big plus point. Hope the developer can consider with this function. Its a great app for what it does! Though would like two features implemented. Folders, id like to seperate work and hobby projects for example. Set difficulty on tasks. Some tasks are simpler that others and the % should reflect that, now it just divides it equally depending on how many tasks a project has. They could be sorted by "easy, medium, hard" when creating a task. So if you have tree tasks on a project, easy and two medium, it would be 16%42%42% or easy/hard/hard 4%48%48% or similar!

First of All, thank you for creating this app. Very useful to me for personal and work related projects. Hopefully the future updates will bring the restore/ backup options in google drive, ability to copy and paste tasks/projects, reminders/alarm for overdue projects (not sure if it has already) and themes (like dark mode). Other than that, it's very good. Keep it coming...
