Downloaded the latest update and app hasnt worked since. Thanks for the wonderful app that makes me stop by my bank every other day no to check my bank status!
Usually the app is great, but recently when I open it, it just closes. Not sure if it's my phone or the app. I'm hoping it gets fixed soon. It's more convenient to use the app instead of having to go online to the website... UPDATE - Still not working! It's NOT my phone!!!😡😡😡
Need more options for features such as depositing checks with photo with out having to physically call bank to set it up in the app. Other than a few things you can't use with out calling bank to set up the app is great.
I've never had so many issues with an app. They finally resolved the last issue with it and now when I open the app, it immediately closes itself, taking me back to my home screen. Most unreliable app I've ever used.
Love it when it works but it never works anymore & apparently there's no solution to the problem because when you call about the problem, I'm told it's my phone, the same phone it was previously working on. Over it & while we love the bank, we travel & don't live close & if I can't handle business on my phone, then I need a new bank with an app that works.
Loved it, It did help me keep track 💥💥💥💥UPDATE June 24, 2021 I can no longer us the app on my phone since they did the update a couple days ago I called the bank and they said they received an email that stated some phones will no longer be compatible with the app which I feel is BS because I don't want to waste money on a new phone just for an app so I guess I will no longer be using the app not that I have a choice since I'm not going out to waste a few hundred dollars on a phone lol
Update....Stopped working again, I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and still isn't working.😠 Worked good until it forced me to update and now I can't get the app to work at all! It's useless!
Overall this is a great app..... except that every time I try to get on, it displays "problem occurred " several times before letting me on...without that, I would have given it 5 stars
I just did my first online deposit so we will see how many days it takes to show in my account. I used online deposit with another bank in texas and it worked well. All other aspects of the app are great.
I love this app because if i get a check and the bank is closed, I can still get them in the bank also without having to drive there also.
Works ok. I wish I could pay my bills from my phone, and use the fingerprint option as well though.
Every time it updates, it quits working. Sometimes for weeks. Useless
I use to love this app but I upgraded my phone and now the app won't open it just shows a small picture of the app when I try to open it

Love the app, if the bank is closed I can still transfer money from one account to another. Plus we can monitor our son's account.
Always have problems with photos. Prior deposit failed with no notification.
Exceptional app for basic day to day money needs. cannot add billers via app or bills via app.
