Progressive Savings Bank

I no longer have an account with this bank. I opened it because you could make cash deposits in the ATM They became the Smart Bank and cash deposit feature is no longer available. I also specifically told them that I didn't want any overdraft protection if the money wasn't there I did want it covered. I forgot about Spotify and $8.95 was charged and instead of declining the charge the bank paid it. When I spoke to them about it I told them pmt wasn't authorized. They apologized and charged $35

best mobile and online banking i have ever used. it is extremely user friendly and gives you the control you would exspect online in the mobile app.

This app along with the website is down more than it's working. I don't understand why you guys have so many issues? Maybe you need new tech guys?

I love this bank! The app is easy to use and you can instantly view account activities

The only thing I would add is remote deposit. That would make everything complete.

app is extremely limited doesn't even have a bill pay function.

I love being able to look at my account and see what is happening. If I have any problems or questions they are very friendly and they are happy to help you.

so far it has been only helpful and easy to use.
