The app is worse than the website. Tells me I'm offline although I can watch a YouTube video. Using this app is, simply, frustrating. It doesn't display appointments. One can't email questions or complaints to con Edison. The app is useless.
Many issues. Cannot schedule an inspection, does not allow to choose time. Cannot send a question, some errors. Hopefully this app is going or be corrected soon.
