Project Life - Scrapbooking

I used to love this app. But, so many business changes & directions make me no longer want to support. Horrible customer service, especially with Android devices. No way to sync between devices, so I backed up all my in progress pages (with the directions I was given) before I switched over to a new phone. Now I am unable to open over 50 pages. I have been communicating with customer service for nearly a year to get issues resolved, still no resolution...and honestly, they don't seem to care.

This app made scrapbooking so easy and quick. I love that there are so many options of different kits and that I can order prints right from the app. The prints are beautiful, inexpensive, and ship really quickly. Plus the customer service is great. I really struggled to have time to scrapbook after I had my 3rd child. (I had a newborn, a 1-year-old, and a 3-year-old!) I credit Project Life as the reason I was able to catch up!

I used to love this app and I have used it since the beginning. It was something I could use while waiting for a school program, or page at after work. The app was so easy to use that I could share my photos from other programs and drop them right into my pages, or prepare pages for social media. With the new update in the past few weeks, I cannot get to my folders to select the correct photos, and I can't share photos from other programs and drop them into my pages. I can't select the background color to match the card kit any more. I can't save my pages the same way and it has become absolutely un-usable for me. Navigating the new system is a huge time-waster and I don't have access to all my kits. I am really disappointed and I'm ready to uninstall the app and move to something more stable.

I love this app! I've been able to put together a family Yearbook in a short amount of time and had been something I've wanted to do for quite some years now. It would be really nice to be able to make a wish list of sorts to mark what kits you want to buy since there are so many ones. It would be nice to be able to put cards in 'mismatched' sizes like a 4x4 square with a 6x4 card. Also be able to flip a template for example if you're making a two page layout and want it to mirror.

It would be great to have stickers/elements to place freely, as we can with other software & the ability to move overlays. There are a lot of stickers/elements from the Project Life digital site that would be great in the app. Having this feature would help complete the experience of making a page perfect for print without having to use photo editing software for those final touches. Also, font formatting (bold, italics, etc), and a search feature for kits would be great.

Really wish this app came with a cloud storage account of its own. For the second time in 5 years I've lost all my pages. Somehow the app has crashed and lost everything, and only 5 of the saved backups remain in my camera roll for some reason . I've had this app on Apple and lost everything, and on Android and lost everything again! Hundreds of pages, that would have been secure if the backup process was more seamlessly synced to any other photo storage app.

You can't sync between devices. They tell you to use some long ridiculous process involving Dropbox, but you still aren't able to start a page on one device and finish on another. I got a replacement phone from provider insurance and learned AFTER that NOTHING transfers over. You start from scratch on anything that wasn't completed and saved. If you lose your device, NOTHING can be saved.

I love this app!! I have a memory issue from a childhood TBI. This app has helped me so much with documenting for doctors visits AS WELL as everyday events. I LOVE being able to look back at the pages I've created that help me remember events that have happened in the past. I looked around for some time for an app that didn't decrease the quality of my more professional photos I do with my DSLR and this app has been amazing in keeping the quality of those photos. This app is a WIN, WIN!

Really cool but a few suggestions. 1) A package payment method to buy all the card sets once at one fee instead of individually which makes it too expensive. 2) Most importantly, NEED A FREESTYLE MODE i hate how i can just place and resize everything wherever i want. It would be great to be able to do that plus add a design card on the same area as a pic (as a background or an element instead of only being either a pic or a design card). If you do this youre the best!

THANK YOU for the fast bug fixes. Still not loving the new navigation but at least it works!!!! ... No longer lets me share photos to the app and drop them in a page (prevents endless scrolling). Page kits I have already purchased are saying that I don't own them and if I try to buy them again it says I already own them and will not let me use them. Cards disappear when I try to move them. New navigation is tedious. Really!?!? I loved this app and now it's a frustrating mess.

This app has some really cute designs and options. The problem I see with it is that I have purchased these kits to make pages and MOST of the time I can not use the card designs that come with the kits. It is really frustrating. You have to use specific layouts to use things in the kits. I feel like I've spent a lot of money for several cards I cannot use. Also, I don't feel like a person should have to pay for layouts, IMO they should come with. I'm not buying more until it this changes

I really like the photo overlays a LOT. Kits are great too. I just wish it was possible to see two pages side by side (like a 2pg spread) and to be able to use a card in a "wrong sized" spot such as using a 4x6 vertical card in a 2x3 horizontal spot (because sometimes i want just a portion of the card to show).

Android phone. I made a page. Worked on it and saved it. When I went back to editorials it was nowhere to be found. Not under any headings. A week later I decided to try again. I remade the original page I was working on. Everything was fine. I saved and edited it several times. I had the page finished and saved in editorials. In editorials the FIRST page showed up. I made a 3rd page. Finished and saved it. I went back to edit the third page and all three were gone.

After reading the reviews both positive & critical, I learned that it's difficult to transfer projects across devices. So I went to app instructions, and understood that if I backup my projects I could restore them from any other device. It was not made clear that you could only transfer from apple to apple using an apple ID. Alot of time & money wasted on registering & purchasing kits because I had to get a new phone. Only good if you're going to use one device for the rest of your life.

Awesome app... wish you didnt have to pay for all the cards or have more cards available to use, it would also be nice to be able to add ones you want to buy to a wishlist or search for cards/mix & match cards that you want to use. It is so nice to have it on my phone tho as I can plan out pages and look for more photo opportunities and not have a ton of photos on my phone that will never be seen again

The pack is very basic, not much to choose from and the layouts available for free are not great. Basically, if you want anything decent out of this app you need to pay for it. Uninstalled it pretty quickly as it was such a limited app unless spending money on it.

I loved this app so much and used it for my family albums often; BUT it does not have an account to save your kits or your work so if you uninstall the app or get a new phone you are completely screwed. All your pages are lost and the money you spent. With so much tech and ability to be cloud based it seems very obsolete to not allow users an account to keep their information so after a phone upgrade etc they can pick up where they left off.

Very fun scrapbooking app! Not a lot of free content, so be prepared to make small purchases. Thankfully, most card kits seem a fair price. Very high quality content and easy to use.

Very easy to use with affordable packages. Nice to have access to digital formats. I plan to use the app often. I would like to print cards, not just pages. Will try adapting a page to print cards at another service.

The best app there is for digital scrapbooking! Theres so many freebie elements u can download just from Pinterest if you search freebie scrapkits! This app made me fall in love with the digi scrap world and ill never be the same again(^.^) Thank you, thank you, thank you for creating this app bc there is literally no other app out there that is like this one! Ive had this app for over 2 years now and it holds all my memories in such a creative way. + u can back each page up to ur google drive!

The description says there are mutiple 4x6 layout options. None of which are free outside of the single photo. And even then I only noticed 2. Most are larger layouts and I was hoping to use this to make collages to print on my selphy

Fantastic app and even better customer service! I use this app for everything. It's easy to use (using on my galaxy s9+) and easy to order prints from. I ordered 52 12x12 pages on the last night of a sale and they were shipped by morning. This is usually unheard of during sale times with other companies. This is by far my favorite and most used app ever!

I love this app and backed all my stuff up on my Google drive, just in case something happened to my phone. I am just DEVISTATED I lost all of my packages when my iPhone got destroyed a I had to get a cheaper phone (hence 3 stars instead of 5).0 I was grateful I had all my work, but I wish you could connect your account to at least keep the stuff you buy. I have not found another app that can do what Project Life can!

Any chance the top priority for the next update could be to allow the app to rotate on android devices!!!!! I would love to scrapbook more, but the portrait isn't the most user friendly in all situations!! PLEASE!! I've been promised numerous times "it's coming." So could it get here already?!?!?

Recently i purchased 4 to 5 of the kits. Most of the journal cards are not complete. Before purchasing there are so many nice journal cards. After purchasing the filler cards, title cards, journal cards, first cards and last cards are limited. This is frustrating. Why? I need an explanation as soon as possible. And please look into it.

I love this app so much. I am a mum of three who works full time and was so heartbroken when I did not have time to keep up with my project life folder. I just love that you can print it out and you have a huge range of beautiful cards at your fingertips. What normally takes me hours and hours to scrap has taken me a quarter of the time and so easy to keep up with. I will still print out and embellish the odd page. I love it so much. Thankyou.

So far I am enjoying using project life. I wish there was an option to click on several photos at one time to add to the page I am working on. It would save a bunch of scrolling.

I just found put about this app last Friday (September 18th). On Saturday night I designed some layouts and ordered them. They came today (September 25th) and they are amazing! Your layouts are a total game changer for my scrapbook layouts. I will definitely be ordering from you again! I just wish I had gotten an email telling me that tbey had shipped, so I would know to expect them, but I was pleasantly surprised that they came today.

Love this app with all my heart. I'm kinda bummed though cause I has so many completed pages with another number and I had purchased so many kits and lost everything. I worked so hard. And I lost my kids pics of first everything. And every school dance ect. I have had to start over but with this app I have hope. Is there anyway you can send me a list of the free kits you all have?
