Project Manager

Congratulations! It has been the only application I have found with the features: Goal and Progress. Objectives and sub objectives with their respective progress. Single objectives and progress. Thank you very much. Note: The only thing is the interface of the application (the important thing for me is the functional). But if you can improve the interface better. It would be premium.

I have searched far and wide for literally years trying to find the best task manager. Now that I have found Project Manager, that search is over. The features, simplicity, and intuitive design highly surpass all other task managers available, and I've tried them all. Thank you!

Its incredible helpful app! The best progress management tools I've ever tried! I'm able to set weight for each task or folder, I could manage the order of tasks, I could choose whether a check or a progress, I could catalog my projects, I could hide the inactive projects. The only feature missing is the chart of the progress. Other than that, it has all I need. I don't mind to pay a few bucks to remove the ads.

I just started using this app, and it looks very promising. I especially like the progress percentage , the weighted tasks, and the task tree map. I would like to see a cut-and-paste feature added along with the copy feature. Also, just an idea, but I can use a "lock" feature to lock certain projects until a previous task is completed (like washing the dishes would unlock a cooking project, since I can't cook without the utensils).

This app is nearly perfect... but! There is nowhere to add pictures with each task! I'd rather have any pictures or screenshots I take for the project to not just sit in my camera's gallery... If there was a way to attach pictures, screenshots, powerpoints, drawings, spreadsheets, etc, I'd announce this one as the best to everyone! Also, adding my contacts and being able to sort them into sub categories (clients, potential clients, investors, stockbrokers, etc, etc, etc).

Great app, mostly. I use the due dates on tasks within projects to generate a daily to-do list, and it does really need a few little tweaks: 1. To clear completed tasks from the "All Tasks" view, or at least send them to the bottom or get them out of the way somehow. 2. Drag to reorder All Tasks, or any way to control the order of the tasks. 3. A widget that shows All Tasks, so it can be used as a to-do list. Preferably with an ability to check them off/mark them completed through the widget.

Excellent App Very Simple to Use and can be Quite Clarifying. the only problem I found was in the notes section....unders tasks or folders. I was unable to make a list because my keyboard always switches the enter button to Done. I am not sure whether it is my settings or the app itself. I am however satisfied with the app and would definitely recommend it to anyone with complex projects to execute. -Wiseguy Noface

My organizational skills are not very good. This app is amazingly simple, but very effective! It forces some level of organization when inputting tasks, but has the flexibility to rearrange things as I realize that there is a better order. It is actually training my thinking to be better organized. Great app for those of us who have suffered a TBI. I highly recommend this for anyone that needs a little bit of organizational help!

Really great app, almost exactly what I was looking for. I love the infinite subfolders and tasks. The only thing that is lacking is a "next action" page. You should be able to take the smallest steps from each project and add them all to a to-do list. That way you have an overview of what your next task is in each area, all in one place. For me that would be my home page in the app, it's the best way to not get overwhelmed. Otherwise it's perfect.

Overall, pretty awesome app! My only "issue" so far (not a major deal, yet) is that it seems as though you can't set alarms for the tasks, but maybe I just haven't found that yet. If that's not a feature, that would be nice to add in some way... Sort of how you can do on a calendar.

It's really nice and easy to use. The only thing I don't like is that if you copy multiple folders at once, wherever you paste them they end up out of order. I'm working on characters with a certain order of steps to make them, so it's really frustrating to have to keep fixing the order every time I create a new character.

It's an amazing & smart app I was always searching for similar one.. in my opinion it needs some additions to be perfect : - Sorting option (by task progress level). - Set dates for folders. - Folders may have different icon or different button as whole from the task button shape. - The progress percentage for folders needs have different and interesting icon.

Highly recommended app for managing personal projects. Clean interface, completely free, and has all the required functions. One suggestion for the developer is to allow for recurring tasks that can be checked off everyday. Other than that, it's an amazing app - 5 stars!

I have been searching for an app which includes precentage and simple task control system for a long time, and this app is exactly what I wanted. Knowing that you are a single dev and just want to tell you that this app is excellent. Thanks for the effort, please include cloud save and cross-platform if possible.

That's a nice and simple, yet powerful app to organize tasks. I'd love to see some web/pc interface as well and a payed ad-less version. Also, it would be nice to add tasks and folders to projects directly from the dashboard and to add time estimates to tasks and show them for tasks and folders.

really nice and easy to use project management application. the only things I would suggest is a budget calculator, notifications/calendar sync and also the ability to see notes without going in to the task. (maybe when you hover over the task?)

So far, so good. I'm really liking the percentage calculation, but I think it would be even better if it could calculate a days quota. For example, I put a task where I need to learn 100 words in 5 days. It will automatically tell me I need to learn 20 words a day. However, if I miss a day, it will recalculate and say I need to learn 25 words in 4 days. Having the option to automatically put things in alphabetical order would be cool too.

I have been looking for an app like this for ages!!! I wish I could rate 10 stars!!! Thank you so much for making this app, it is very good 😉 Edit: Only thing that could be improved is when I try to copy too many things the app either crashes or the folders are in different orders.

Not much room for improvement. Simple and easy with flow charts. Great way to organize todo List from anything lightweight like honey do lists to heavier loads like maintenance schedules. No invasive signup or monthly subs. Can't wait to see how much further development goes-

Absolutely love this app. It has progress-bar widgets and task weights that I was looking for. The concise design makes it a joy to use, it even has built-in mindmap-like view of the project. Do you mind continue develop this app? Also would like to pay for ads removal, but couldnt find a way to do so.

Greate app. Restore function fails (transfer from note 8+ to note 20 ultra) To make it work: run backup function on the new phone and notice folder created, transfer back up file from old phone and copy to that folder (replacing existing file in it), run restore from that file in right folder. Worked for me.

I love this app. It helps me a lot. I think everything is a project in your life and you can use this app for almost anything. And it helps you to think more and prepare yourself for each step. I would like it more if the app had a report part. Some charts and some graphs are needed in the app to be more complete. Thanks guys.

Loved it. Simple graphics. Extensive planning and progress checking options. Best features are the mind map per project and being able to create templates for projects. Would be perfect if it had Calendar Sync and an online backup.

I really like this app. It's the only app I've found that gives me a good overview of my school projects and the progress I'm making. It has some small errors, for example not always counting the right amount of days until a due date.
