Very useful app. But input methods, especially the date should be a lot more flexible so that a change in starting date/ time will automatically adjust subsequent dates and times accordingly in a project schedule.
Minus to 3 stars. Not able to upload as mpp file even if i have purchased the app. Not able to select custom notification date. Notification shall be alerted before end date as well. Some summary task are 0% even after all sub tasks are 100%. Some summary task are 100% when only one of 2 subtask is 100%.
HARD IS GOOD I've noticed that apps that take only 5mins to learn run out of puff and get deleted. This app takes some learning. I've also noticed that as I keep banging away at it, my projects run better too. It's a maze worth figuring out..:-)
Project Schedule is an easy to use project management tool. Starting with limited experience, I have been very quickly able to learn its functions and develop complex, multi-disciplinary programs. Exceptional value for money!
Really 3.5 stars. App is above average but has too many quarks to be very good or great. Best feature is the wide variety of data export options. However, the time calculations are wrong. Eg. 3 hrs available over 5 days; assigning a task with 15 hrs of work gives an end time of 15 hrs & 45 minutes. A nonstandard week where M to F 3 hrs per day & Sat & Sun with 5 hrs each end times are wrong. The inability to designate a fix number of hrs p/d for a task for the length of the proj is a biglimit
like this app. very user friendly. i wish it had a way to send invites or alerts to those involved in each task to be able to schedule them.
Haven't used for years, takes a bit getting used to it again. Once I remembered it became easier to use the only thing is adding resources to my tasks; how is it done?
Once you learn how to use it and if you are adept at project management this app is a great mobile tool which performs lose to Microsoft project.

Brilliant product with regular enhancements including user suggestions. I use this product daily.
I am still impressed by this app. I still used it almost 5 years later after downloading it. The two things I would add, if I could, is to be able to move noncompleted items, all in a group, and add dates to linked items. I tried moving an entire set of noncompleted items and the program also moved the completed ones. Still a fantastic program.
I've used it for years. It's scheduling features are unique nor have I found any competitive products in this price range. I use MS Project for work and this for personal.
Too difficult to use and crashes a lot of times
This is the best Project app I've come across. Its got plenty of features to keep the average user busy. Its great to have a usable app that I can lay a project plan out and manage it easily from my phone, and even save it to the cloud. I find it more useful than other apps I've come across because I can add notifications to segments of my project with speech and customise sounds to played as alerts. I can even define tasks in measurements of hours and minutes providing greater flexibility when planning a project. The scheduling part of the app is a real bonus once you get your head around it.
If this had an online interface for quicker entry it'd be perfect
What i was looking for. Great for scheduling and planning. Autozoom is one of the best for touchscreen UI. In auto mode it seeks the main task and scales to fit screen so all subtasks can be seen. So all i need is scroll up and down auto does the rest. Cheers Dev!
I like the pro features & the ability to sync between the app and Google Tasks, but you can't sync between the app and Google Calendar. Nor can you sync projects between tablet and phone, which is a pain. So I use this app for project planning on my tablet, and still depend on June to sync tasks. Please consider syncing Calendars, not just tasks.

It took me a little bit to understand all the features. But now that I have figured everything out, its a nice useful app. My only complaint is the calendar. All works great for standard calendar, butediting and creating new calendars needs to be better
No comparison to the others that I have tried. Easy to figure out. Looking forward to future projects with this app.
Previously i can do export from mpp data to excel n send or write. My device is LG G3 with lollipop.
Everything is great while displaying gantt with resources inside the app, but when you need to export in PDF (which is an option in the app), the resulting PDF file changes all the resource assignments around! It's presentable and clear, just completely inaccurate! The excel and xml retain original resource integrity - very strange and very annoying. Also, the PNG export is unusable because it cuts most things off, leaving it looking like a partial crop of a screen shot. Paid for the app - disappointed.
App needs to mature. Has some good functionality but lacks controls. Can also use a user manual. It would be better if it could schedule projects from end dates and estimate start. Also having the ability to output multiple projects on the same spreadsheet would be very useful.
