This is the most difficult to use program I have ever encountered in 33 years of working directly with Contract Managment programs. Run away from it and look anywhere else! Do not buy untill you are able to prove it will do what you expect.

The Projectmates app is great! I can manage my projects in this easy to use interface without the hassles found in other project management tools. It has documents, schedules, photos, RFIs, field reports and punch lists, right at your finger tips. Best of all, it is free for existing Projectmates users!

It's revolutionary
We use Projectmates to manage 300+ projects with several hundred users. It has a very accessible user interface making it quick to get up and running. Our contractors and consultants are also enjoying the quick turnaround of their pay applications.
