Do not get insurance here. I have a policy with Pronto, filed a claim, and it's been over 2 months. I filed another claim and I am now told the photos from the second claim are needed to resolve the first claim, which doesn't make sense. Pronto may have cheap rates but not worth it when it comes to a claim. You get what you pay for- cheap rates = horrible service.
Charged incorrect card on autopay option. 2 cards were stored and it charged the autopay to the one that was NOT set to default. Was also difficult to find where the cards and autopay options were to even figure out what had happened.
You've known about the issues with your app for awhile and have not fixed it, yet still advertise you have one for us to use. Can't print cards and can't show a cop my app on my phone cause it won't open. Just started my policy with you and so far y'all suck!
Won't let me log in to make my payments after my auto pay was messed up on their end. My policy canceled this is the worst app ever
Horrible I downloaded this app so I can pay my bill online withit won't even let me sign up when I get down to the part where that's for my ZIP code it frustrating when you want to pay your bill tried to sign up 6 * gave up frustrated!!!!!!!!!
This app sucks big time!!! Can never log in & I dnt care hw many times you let customer service know that you can't access your information through the app they can never seem to help either!!! What's the damn purpose of having an app if you cnt use the🤬!!! IJS
This app was pretty decent at first, now I can't log in, seems to happen only when I have to renew my insurance that comes with a $20.00 fee if I don't do it online, horrible now!
I can't log in and I never received a email to reset my password but I know they have my correct email because they sent me a notification to make a payment.
Been with this company for years, glad there is finally an app. Always the lowest price as they shop over 40 companies for you. Customer service is always nice and helpful
Whats the point of downloading the app, taking up space, if its going to direct you to the web browser.
Mobile app hasn't worked in awhile, so I can't pay online 😫 customer service is great otherwise
can't login since it directs you to the website that hasn't worked since they changed to the new system back in June
Its ok I get tired when its time to renew my policy it goes up higher then what I was paying for a old car

The app has only let me log in 2x it didn't show me a break down of my 2 vehicles. It has no reminder set up. Last month the store blew my phone up non stop, I asked them to stop calling while I was at work and they kept on calling. I added a new vehicle and paid that already and it's not allowing me to pay my full coverage vehicles amount. I hate wasting time, calling , having to explain, no one has time for that. Can u please fix this app so I can log in, see my break down & pay!!!
