I am 61 I am knot good with new age phones & computers it's a little hard to understand a few things I still have trouble with, I am just not good with technical things, but I'll have a go, I will always try
Just what I was looking for. Excellently designed and organized. Now my brain can rest from all the remembering
Great app for productivity on the desktop, but mobile has a few major bugs that limit the user experience. For instance, if clicking into a task list on the overview page of any project, it will show a blank page. The user must go to tasks, not overview to dive in deeper into individual task lists. This has been an occuring problem for a few months.
I created a task -- a list actually. Viewing it is a cruel joke. Only a few lines are visible. Instant app deletion.
App works great. Haven't encountered any bugs yet. The app puts tons of control at my fingertips. I wouldn't want to only use the app though: the online web platform is much easier to work in. The app just adds some on-the-go access. Our teams are loving ProofHub more and more everyday.
Great App! Everything seems working well. Only issues that need to be resolved are: 1) document preview shows blank pages. Text is displayed for a second and then pages become blank white. 2) profile picture also not showing. Only blank white image.

I love how easy it is to manage tasks using ProofHub. Since I have to travel frequently, it becomes really easy for me to assign and share tasks with my fellow team members. The chat tool helps me stay connected & acts like a dedicated space to carry out my official communications.
Very good app. Noticed the screens from mobile doesn't have the same options as web version. Also the project status options aren't synced with the web version. But really really good app.
I love using this app. The real-time notifications are a great way to stay updated on what’s happening in the projects. As I have been working from home during this lockdown, the mobile app has really been a blessing. The interface is clean and easy-to-use, getting used to it is no big challenge - and that’s the best part!!! I’d highly recommend it.
I completely agree with @Fernando! In my case the application was installed a while ago. Today I started it for the first time and spent some hours setting up the project while found its just a 14 days trial with no option for transition. into some limited functionality, aka "community plan". That's very sad for me, as I really enjoyed experiencing the work flow you implemented and was actually going here with 5 star feedback in my mind until I suddenly opened the pricing policy page.
We have been using this app for a while now and it has made planning so much easier. Viewing our deadlines and the agenda has been a lot simpler with Proofhub in the mix and the chat tool saves us so much hassle. Overall, I'm very impressed by everything that fits into this small app.
Truly the best mobile project management app... I have became so used to this that I have ditched my Apple's inbuild Notes app...and now use ProofHub Notes, why? I use multiple devices... whether its this Android, desktop, web... this works like a cream. It's like managing your team from anywhere remotely or inhouse... especially in times like these where COVID-19 is a challenge in many industries.. Love your app, Love your support... <3 Keep on improving guys, I would definitely recommend this.
Great app! It would have been better if there was an option to update the work done on a daily basis against each task instead of adding it in comments. (I couldn't find that option, if it is already there, please let me know)

I love the ability to organize all the sections of my work into projects, collaborate with peers, and keep running notes on a project with folks all over the country. Helping veterans with employment is a team effort and this helps us ease the communication process!
what I have experienced is this isn't just aremote team management tool. we use it everyday in our office because it helps us collaborate with discussions and instant file sharing. the proofing tool is a great add-on. Bliss!
Web app is okay but mobile app is slow and jerky, not smooth. Not a very good experience.

The app on phone is not good. You can't download videos from the phone app that's disappointment.
I wasted half a day on a product that claimed to be free but is actually a trial that expires after 14-days. State your plans properly.
Can't even sign up. Keeps telling me I need to use a valid email. Since when is Gmail and Comcast not valid email?
Benn enoying it for months now, but I suddenly cannot download files with the mobile app. please what's happening? How can i fix this?
One of my colleges recommended this me around two years ago; I went on with asana. During this pandemic, we all are going through, somehow, this and other tools were on my RSS feed. So I decided to give it a try and support help me migrate from asana too.. I have been using it for 2 months now. I cannot endorse this more. Unlimited team members? No limit Projects? Who gives that? At a fraction of cost. Managing a team of 100+, ProofHub is a blessing to me.
Great Piece of Management Software. I am a computer engineer. When I use any software, I get a sense of the complexities that dev gods went through creating this beautiful seamless working tool. I know they allow unlimited users but we are just a team of 7. And for 99$? I won't miss a beat. Allowing us to connect from anywhere ie android, iPhone, ipad, macs, windows, Linux, Unix. Thats not the best part even; the best part is it combines Communication Tools + Performance features like Gantt Cha
Very good app for managing any kind of project. Biggest plus point is it is free for all.
App and desktop version has a lot of bugs. The app doesn't even let me view the custome fields on the task. The links on fields aren't clickable as well. There's no share link button and it loads so slow.
