Propeller

Want more symptom-free days? Meet your autopilot for asthma and COPD.
How often you use your inhaler says a lot about your asthma control or COPD status. Propeller automatically records when and where you use your inhaler to make it easier to see trends, track symptoms and talk to your doctor.

What can Propeller do?+ Remind you and your family to take your medication+ Show trends about when you use your inhaler+ Alert your family and physician if you are getting worse+ Help you talk to your doctor about your symptoms

The Propeller Health mobile app for Android works with or without the Propeller Bluetooth Sensor and allows you to view the data your sensor captures to give you personalized feedback and education on ways to improve your asthma control or COPD status. Propeller automatically keeps a record of your trends including time, date and location of when you use your inhaled medications.

Duped into getting the device by Express Scripts. I have asthma that is controlled with a low dose of Qvar, but device doesn't work with the Redi-haler. It fits on my Ventolin rescue inhaler and records when I use it, which is extremely rare. App wants to remind me to take Qvar, but I do it before bed every night so there's no need. Besides, it takes longer to launch/use the app than it does to take my meds. "Reminders" became so annoying that I disabled them. My one word summation: WORTHLESS.

I love this app! It has helped so much in developing a routine of when to take my inhaler. The only thing that I would recommend is to have an option to write in what triggered having to use the emergency inhaler. There are a lot of options on there to choose from but there were a few times where the option wasn't listed. Also, having a a more detailed description when you're newly diagnosed with asthma helps figure out what your triggers are

I cannot get it to sync in the app. Within my phone's (S9+) Bluetooth menu, it clearly says it's paired with the Propeller but it keeps going through the percentage circle saying, did you press it? did you see the light when you press the? Yes I've done it 5 or 6 times. I don't have the patience for this. It makes me want to throw it across the room. Immature, yes but I don't care.

Since the recent update the app cannot connect to the server no matter what I do. I'm not able to enter readings manually. It worked fine before. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. I deleted the app, reinstalled it and it doesn't recognize my email address. It finally recognizes my email but then tells me my password is incorrect. Whatever, I change my password and try to sign in again with the new password, nope, gives me an error. Deleting the app for good. Not worth the effort

The app is good except for one thing. I have a med I take every other day NOT every day as most inhaled meds. There is no option for every other day that I can see. That needs to change. Also the sensors them self are barely audible especially if I am cleaning or playing with my grandchildren. Put volume control either into the app or on the sensor itself. That is why I give it 3 stars. Fix these issues and it would be a great product.

Not sure yet, it synced once. Haven't been able to get it to sync again. Have filled the directions, pushed button, waited, pushed button again, then it goes to contact support, sent email, waiting on response. To keep it updated, I have to enter usage manually.

App crashes as soon as I attempt to open. I'm operating on Android. I reached out to tech support. They advised a new version was being released. I deleted the old version and tried to download again and it let me register then crashed again.

Love this app!! My son has asthma and it keeps record/trends of the times & dates he had needed to use his rescue inhaler. I was able to pull up this app on my phone & show his doctor. I love that it says what the air quality is going to be like for the day & I especially love that I could set up a reminder for him to take his controller inhaler every morning/night & it makes a sort of ringing noise until he takes his 2 puffs! I just love this!!

Ok, amazing, amazing, amazing app, website, and device. It's totally 100% free. I lost my device and at the time I asked if they had a way for me to find my inhaler. At the time, they didn't have that feature. They have updated this and it's totally amazing. Seriously, it's been helpful for my health and knowing air quality. Seriously, this is an amazing benefit to the community. Thank you so much for such an amazing device!

Sounds like a great product, but saddly, I cant download it. I have a Samsung Galaxy 5 and it will download to 38% but no further. EDIT: I was finally able to download the app. Can't wait to get my kit. I spoke to my pulmonologist and he thinks this would be a great thing and looking forward to the results!!

Meh. It's okay and helpful with reminders, but the app often records two inhalations of my daily control medicine when I only take one. I can't edit the sensor recorded inhalations to change the valu from 2 to 1.
