This app has changed my life in terms of making managing my cleaners so easy. It has some really great features like the checklists, presaved job requests and good integrations with different hosting platforms but there are still some bugs and things I'd expect to see developed such as the mobile app's calendar view and buggy filters. Calendar view in monthly would be good. I've been really impressed with the customer support though so I'd recommend this app!
This is a great tool for me to communicate back and forth with my cleaner without having to send a completely different text message. I can also put a quote out to multiple cleaners if I'm in a crunch so that I can go with whoever responds the fastest. It also lets me provide a checklist so if I'm working with a new cleaner I don't have to go over all the details.
The app has not been syncing correctly, missing jobs. It does not erase cancelled bookings, and has continued to incorrectly show dates for checkout. Big fail. I am having to manually manipulate dates each time I want to send a job.
Hard to use. Hate the calendar being a week at a time. Hate that changes cancel instead of send a change order with the changes noted. The process to submit info is not good. Very dissatisfied:-(
I hope this will come to your attention, when I try checking job history , its like hit or miss , some time it will show sometimes it doesn't. Please fix that instead of the theme colour.
Still can't connect SuperConrol and trial is nearly finished. Can't pay for something I can't use (or try).

THIS IS THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED I DON'T LIKE AND THE STAFF WANT HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM I EMAIL THEM ALL THE TIME AND NO QUICK ANSWER IT'S ALWAYS LET TALK TO THE DEVELOPERS ABOUT THIS IM SO TIRED OF THIS APP NOT GOOD AT ALL

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! As a owner of a cleaning company I downloaded this app only to manage our Airbnb units and in the past 60 days I have had 3 issues with receiving checkout notifications. On top of that there is no customer service number you can call and are only able to send messages of which it takes someone HOURS to get back in touch with you! Do not download this app!
The company still has ways to go to be able to serve rapidly scaling or already big companies
This app has bugs that need to be fixed. If you click on some of the options, it directs you back to the Google Play install/ open page.
"Sorry! Something went wrong. Please try again later" pops up ALL the time. And right as it does, my other apps stop working. Spotify only works when it's on the screen, my keypad doesn't work when trying to make a phone call ect. It's a horrible app.
