Too bad this game doesn't properly reward those who have put a ton of time and money into it. I restarted it on a new device and it gives beginners more rewards. It should give players free play and boosters more often from time to time, at ALL levels but it doesn't. You also just play the sane puzzles over and over, they never come up with new ones. Once you get to a certain level, there's no new levels so you have to wait for them, I waited for at least a month once. UNINSTALLING!

Love the game! BUT it seems that trying to get the app to work is part of the game. If you succeed in getting the app to work after 10 + attempts as soon as you get unlimited play bonus or an ad pops up, it freezes. Then back to trying to get it to work again. It really discourages you from wanting to play. I hope it gets fixed properly. I've played over 300 levels, but I wouldn't pay for anything on it because you may never get to redeem what you purchased.

The game gets extremely hard especially after level 200. I refuse to spend money on a game because the levels almost require you to. Too bad, I had high hopes for this one. You actually get to redecorate rooms with this one. Update: some levels are impossible to pass unless you buy boosters and extra moves. That is extremely disappointing.

This would've, and used to be a 5 star game; however recently, the app doesn't work at all. It won't start, always kicks me out, or freezes. It isn't allowing me to actually design a space after completing levels. I updated it, and still having issues, but they're worse. Now the game don't open at all. Poor Jonathan's head is cut off on the start up screen.

Update: its been weeks and game still keeps crashing! Moved to 1 star. I keep reporting the problem and makes no difference. I did everything on my end to see if i can fix it. Game is updated and cleared all cookies off my phone ect. I'm so far in the game and it could be really fun if it worked. :( but if I'm spending money and can't play that's a huge problem! I love playing this game. The past week it keeps freezing!!! I keep reporting it, please fix so I don't have to uninstall

Ok what happen!!!??? Since the "minor bugs fix" and "performance enhancements" on 3-11 I'm having MAJOR issues!!! I'm on level 5000+, yes in the 5000s. Now it either won't open or freezes in middle of game. I don't like the video for moves option because since then this started happening. Get the program right before implementing changes for long time players! Please fix these MAJOR BUGS!!!

So I've been playing this game for about 2 years, I'm well over level 11,200 (not a typo nor have I had to pay for anything) and like the rest of the reviews I've recently read, I've been having trouble with playing as well. It freezes up in the middle of a level, takes FOREVER to load the game up. I thought it was my iphone at first but got an Android now and send to be even worse than before!! This has been my go-to game and it's very upsetting that it is screwing up all the time. Please fix!!

Been playing this game for about 2-3 years now. I'm on level like 9000 - I know I've played a lot. For the past week maybe 2 it won't even let me push the play button. If I disconnect from wifi it'll get the screen of whatever house I'm on but then freezes and kicks me out. I would've given this game 5 stars before the glitches but now it's a 1. I've given feedback every time but still nothing

This game is a good way to pass time except for all the commercials. In order to win and move to the next level you must watch an advertisement for only 2 extra moves, then another commercial for 2 moves. It requires the patience of Job to finish.

I love playing this game. I love the Property Brothers. I don't love that I need to purchase everything except the coins I've won to decorate. If you want boosters, you need to purchase a booster package. You can't just win boosters. With other games, buying a booster package is optional...just like buying extra coins. I can't afford in-app purchases. So when I run out of lives, I'm done.

Update: Still having trouble playing if you want a game that actually works DOWNLOAD A DIFFERENT GAME because this game does not work!!!!! Game keeps foreclosing. I have have tried force stopping it and also updated it. The game keeps freezing and not responding. I got a free 1 hour prize and only got to play 20 minutes because the game would stop responding and freeze up. It is very very aggravating.

I have been playing this game off and on for a few years. However, I think it's ridiculous to have to pay for gems that is earned when complete a level... Didn't the game use to let you trade these gems for extra moves??? Yes!! It did! Now I'm up in level 1,863 and it's impossible to beat this wout spending $ ,which I have in the past but I refuse to now. C'mon Bros , can you find a better solution , I'm tired of paying into your retirement fund when I have none.

WAS ABOUT TO BE 4 STARS.Until last week. I used to love this game especially recently because I noticed more improvements. In the last week I haven't been able to play at all. It would be about to load and right before the play button pops up it crashes. I tried everything that I looked up when that happens and nothing is working. It seems to be happening to a ton of people too. I don't understand why who ever makes the game isn't addressing it at all. That's just bad business lol seriously wth?

Im so disappointed. I uninstalled the game previously due to the fact you cant win without purchasing boosters. Then decided recently I would give it another chance. It's been great, the double coins help you to finish a project quicker. But it's back to a point where there's not enough moves to win a game, try as you may. I was enjoying it so much, really upset

Hey guys, the game is glitching like crazy. It freezes and I keep losing my lives and my unlimited play. I've lost a bunch of coupons from having it stall and I lost 3 games worth. Please fix it. I love decorating homes but I'd like to find one that isn't based on coins. Just great designs.

Disappointing that the nice property brothers make a game that you can't play for long without spending a whole bunch of money. The game was good, the ads were enough to be annoying, but worth the game - but then... even ads didn't help progress.

I've played this game for over a year and loved it. But recently it now has ads that were never there before. Anytime you lose and play again there's an ad. The ads just started a few weeks ago and it not even fun anymore. Uninstalling this game.

The game itself is really nice but one's you come to your third house and about level 200 it really gets just a bit to hard to play and win the levels and as you go on with the houses everything get more expensive i really think that the levels should not be that hard as it does not make the game enjoyable and you get frustrated 5 lives tend you go quick

Issues for a few weeks with the game freezing. Uninstalled game and installed it again it still isn't work. Been playing for a long time and I'm over it. Lost a long time customer who has actually spent some money on the game. PEACE ✌️ OUT

The color block levels are too hard. I hate trying the same level every day and failing just to fail again the next day. It would be a better game if there was a different way you could get money.

Caution with Update, no tech support. Game wont load after last update, cant get tech support to reply as i cant get in to get my account number, they just keep sending me to different places to fill in forms, 5 so far, each time it wants account number or support ID number, which i obviously cant get. Hugely disappointing as I'm on about level 2600. I have a modern expensive phone, so age of device isnt an issue. Might pay to make a note of your account details before updating this game.

This could be such a good game but unfortunately you have to spend most of your time watching the adverts rather than playing the game which is really frustrating, I would love to keep on playing this game as I do enjoy it and it could be such a good game but unfortunately there's too many adverts which really let's it down & is really putting me off playing it now. Hope they take this into account and change this problem otherwise its such a shame.

Love the Property Brothers and this game! I have not had to spend a dime and have had a great experience with support! I am over level 3000 and had the game lock. I filled out a support ticket and was back in 24 hours! The puzzles are challenging but always fun. The room designs I have created I wish I could create for real. Top notch on furnishings, and I love Linda's workshop. More opportunities to create with Linda is always appreciated too!

Really fun game at first. Now it's way to overrun with ads. Deleting now. But if you enjoy watching ads after every second level, then this game is for you!!

The game is genius! BUT most levels are not easy, lifes takes too long to have them back & things are spensives in perspective of what you get in every level... it's a bit frustrated

I've done everything on my end I can think of to fix, with no luck. Seeing other people having the same issues seems like it's on your end. Please fix!!

UPDATE: UNINSTALLED! Absolute MONEY GRAB!!They cap gems at 70 and the rest go into a piggy bank that you have to pay for. Minimum gems needed to do anything, including extra moves? 90 gems and up. Boosters are expensive. Every level gets more and more expensive to decorate, but sometimes you get 2x the coins. If you have cash to spend, it's an okay game, otherwise it's a grind to get through levels. I'm out. UNINSTALLED
