The calculator is simple to use. It'd be great if there is an option to customise the LMI amount similar to the deposit option. Will you add a calculator for when people input extra repayment amount to show how it impacts on the loan term?
Using SwiftKey keyboard app, it seems there is a problem entering a decimal number. Works if you enter the decimal first. Other than that, it's really a handy app. Thanks.
Concise and comprehensive detailed application ever I came across. Just one question, Save item only updates one entry. Is there any way to save more than one calculation?

Clean interface but that's it. App does not show full repayment schedule and total amount (principal + interest)

The app is good, but it does not take into account of the new policy introduced in July 2017. Other wise, it should deserve more stars.

Very clean app! And free to boot! User UI is clean and app runs quick. I'll definitely use this when calculating prices for an investment property.
Very good. But need to add other costs of legal fee, financial fee and agent fee. Also the rates for council, water and strata.

Extremely straightforward calculator. I tried to add multiple calculations but it kept loading data from the first and only saved item. Am I missing something? -------------------------- Thanks for the response. I will try it!
Seem to have lost ability to calculate post upgrade to Android 10. There's no button to proceed to screen with calculations after entering purchase price. Hence rating. App was great before hand though.
