The new update keeps on crashing. I cant open more than 5 seconds. It close on its own

Personally I really love to used this app. It's help me a lot when I meet my client, and I notice a lot of improvements has been made, it's easy to used for me, but if the person not really into real estate stuff and download this app, they might be confused a bit with which part to start with. Also, I would love to promoted this apps to others.
I'm impressed, instead of having to open multiple websites to look at loan and other entry fees, this app has all of them just by entering the house price. It even calculates the total price paid. As a first time home buyer I highly recommend this.
Have not tested the accuracy of all the functions yet, but overall seems quite complete for all your property needs. Few suggestions, App to provide explanations/formulas/tables on how you get the calculated results. App to show the latest updates on news related to the functions, example, new RPGT rate just announced.
Good app. Best if can allow saving the input for a particular property. Ie. If I click into a saved file called Ara Damansara, then all the purchase price and rental income that was keyed in before had been saved. Helps with management of portfolio.

I not recommend to install this app anymore. Because this advertisement pop out will prevent u to click button for calculate month installment.

Yr google ads will block the button on the calculator. U may consider to enhance it.
Sometimes, The ads popped up at the bottom part and blocked the 'calculate' button
Letting home buyers know what they get into with all ths cash needed for subsale or new property. Keep up the good work. Easy to use. Well updated to include certain discounts. Would be nice to have more a description of the fees that is being paid, helps first home buyer clear things up.
So far so good ... I've not explore all features coz I'm not that familiar with all aspects of property biz/transaction. However, it answers what I need to know about all cost components in relation to buying/selling of single property

Very handy calculator for real estate agents. Responsive developers as well. Found a bug and they sorted it out within days.
Very informative apps especially to calculate legal fee including the breakdown. Can be used as a benchmark. Plus can also ask direct for quotation and maybe some discount.
For the DSR percentage i noticed that the app took the 40% instead of 60% or 70% when calculated for the loan eligibility. Usually banks will take the 60% or 70%. So the result is too conservative. Correct me if i am wrong. Tq

Unable to generate report on samsung A series
User friendly...Very useful aps, especially for real-estate agent. But having problem to "create report"(to pdf file)i.e. Tenancy Agreement. Old version can create report to pdf file. TQ
