I have used this app for years. It worked great on the iphone i had until a month ago. I upgraded recently to an android and since then i had to delete the app and reinstall three times. The timer has froze multiple times and there was not even a button to press complete. I thought about giving it one star but considering it worked fine on the iphone, i decided to go with three. It would be great if the issue could be fixed considering i have to use the app.
causes serious issues with my phone. and causes other apps to not work properly. I know it's this app because when I delete it everything goes back to normal. there are a lot of bugs in this app that need to be addressed! if not for my job insisting I use it, I'd delete it! quick, fast and in a hurry!
housekeeping cant mark off inspections to be completed & it shows descending order instead of ascending. you have to change it every single time.
There is no way or instruction on how to create an account to login. When launching the app it goes right to a login screen that expects you already have a login. It offers no options.
it's a cool app. The GPS doesn't work half the time though. I have to delete and re-download it constantly
I couldn't imagine a better app to help with keeping my daily operations in check. I love this app!

Not a fan
Lame. You make us switch to the x/new version and it sucks. I've already emailed support with details. No change. Arrivals list for the day is buried, no idea how many adults, pets or kids are staying. And nobody is going to have time to look at the "news" box so loose that and beef up other areas. Please!!!
The company I work for uses Property Care. Now you want us to use Property Care X but we've yet to find out how to upload pics there when we do try to download it and no one from your company will get back with us about that, so the beta X version is useless to us. Now, every time we open this version, you've got annoying popups that slow down the work we are trying to do by telling us this one is no longer supported or updated. Fix one or the other please!
