Great App. Please add the option of backing up data locally instead of cloud only. New lease and expenses does not appear right away, still need to reboot the app for it to appear..
please update premium description. was going to upgrade to premium but the description for the app is wrong. no one time charge. this is subscription based. over all i liked the app but i do not like subscriptions. i understand. please update description in the play store.
Dear sir, Kindly add these option payments terms like (in 1 cheque or 2 cheques or 3 cheques or 4 cheques or 6 cheques) and give a option to mention as per cheques. 2. Please give a option to off PRO RATA option because in some countries pro rata isn't applying. 3. Thirdly in Tenancy period add also option before applying dates (like if we choose early so we need to give only start date, end date will automatically chosen by system) Other thing quite goods as property management Thanks
Looks fine to me.. working good and almost easy to use... But how can I show the date as British format dd/mm/yyyy..? In most of the reports such as Payment Log, Past leases Income, and some other reports. ...
Great app. unfortunately rental agreements are pre-loaded, only for specific countries and can not be edited or replaced. Everything else is 5*
App appears good but having difficulty in adding tenants email address. Not saving details.
Uninstalled immediately! I couldn't even focus with a calm mind because this insane app was constantly moving and flashing on every page like some children's toy. Good Lord, I want a serious app, not some game!
When I have tenant check in. Then this tenant check out before the due date. I can't find option to delete tenant or check out them in order to let new tenant check in in my property. If u can show me how to deal with this case, I am happy to use ur service. Kind regards,

Too many adds popping up , the app doesn't give you an opportunity to see how it works ,it's one add after another and it's distructive...not suitable for me

it is a good apps but i gave a rate of 3 as the landlord community forum is still crashing even after the developer applied the fixes

Actual check in times must be considered, e.g., a booking for 1 day starting Dec 12 means that lease starts at 2pm of Dec 12 and ends at 12nn of Dec 13. Tgis 1 day use should not be listed as Dec 12-13. It should be just lisred as Dec 12.....
I'm a new landlord and I decided to look for an app to help me keep everything organized and allow me to expand. Atter installing every single app and testing it. This app is by far the best one. Another thing I love is the constant updates and the customer support is fantastic. Great job guys! Keep it up! Highly recommend
