Great starting base but would be great if you could custom add your own tab headings or had more features such as adding in sections for imvoices yet to be paid, maintenance, notes, correspondence, photos etc
The reports is not doing the good calculations you can select by tenants and no response after 3 times emailing the the app help

worth it!!
It has no ability to edit information added in error. I added the wrong lease start date and it would not let me go back and correct it. Also if you want to add multiple tenants to one property it would not allow it.
Cool but try to add multiple languages (French etc..) and multiple currencies (XOF, naira etc...) and sharing ability
Great app, but I would love for an option of yearly rent due, in these part of our world, rents are paid yearly not monthly. Thanks
