Great app. I especially enjoy the feature where you're able save your favorite listing. And the one to see once a property is no longer listed. I have a particular favorite myself, saved on here and go back to look at it every once in a while. :) Definitely waiting for me to buy it, until then I'll continue to use this amazing app!

More defined search results would be appreciated. For example, if furnished is not selected, then please do not show furnished. Properties loaded should be specific about amenities like, for example, if there is a pool or not as I know that certain properties have a pool, but because info wasn't captured, it didn't feature. Also, if properties are no longer available, they should be removed immediately.

Very easy to use. I found my first property on this app. Regularly updated, bond calculator and a summary of properties close by that are on sale.

So frustrating to look for a property on this platform. Almost every property is categorized incorrectly. Communal houses are labeled as one bedroom appartments and student houses are just labled as houses. So for anyone looking for a one bedroom apartment or house, look elsewhere.

By far the leading property app in the industry. I love the map search feature, and the fact that you can save listings you like, and add a note to it. Love it!

Easy to use, just wish I had the money to actually buy the beautiful house I see advertised.... Maybe one day!

It's a good app, it has a wide variety of search features. Only problem is that when you're on the last picture, you're forced to go back instead of continuing where it'll simply take u to the 1st pic, instead of going through multiple pics just to go back to the 3rd.

It's a good app to find properties. But perhaps if the administrators could work on updating the information. There are some properties that are still on the website months after they've been sold.

The only reason for a 3* rating is the fact that there are plenty of houses on here that have been sold already and they still show available. Some listings are over a year old and the agents (same ones every time) have not updated the status.

Love this app. Extremely useful when house-hunting. Please will you consider including a floor plan for each property? Several UK property sites have these and they make it much easier to decide whether a house is worth investigating further.

I expected to receive alerts directly to my phone through the app...I still need to go into the app to see if new properties have been listed. May as well use the website.

Good App but not great. Im searching for a home in two areas. So if i go back into my favourites i cant sort my saved homes into areas or prices. Not a common problem i know but its annoying for me.

One of the best property app's weather you are looking to buy rent or sell your property.

Please get a standard sequence of Info. Size of property OFTEN omitted. First question I ask. put it right after the price. Easy. Sometimes the whole property size and not a clue how big place is. No one can make a choice with 10 fotos. Cupboards and floors and windows tells you nothing about size of room. Start from entrance and work to bathrooms and then outside rooms. Basic sequence. Tx

Great app and has an easy to understand interface. However it would be great if the filters could be improved. It would be nice if there is an option to select to see only "Pets Allowed"/"No Pets Allowed" houses. Also make it mandatory for agents to include that specification, because I have gone through so many wonderful houses, only to read far down in the description that no pets are allowed. Or there is just nothing mentioned about pets, and now you have to guess.

I only have one issue with the app. As a property developer I save a lot of properties to the wishlist and everytime I go to certain properties I've saved I find it's not there and that it's not there, it's removed somehow even though I am certain that it was saved. If the glitch can be fixed then all will be fine for me. Also properties need to be updated I've been waiting months for an agent to call me on an unmissable commercial property only to find out it was sold but still advertised.

This app is the best for anyone looking for a good apartment to live in or even to buy, however some agents need to review this high cost on Deposits because it makes the rental extremely difficult to access.

Very good app, I would like an additional option - to be able to select the number of garages you want and to select if you want a property with or without a swimming pool. If that function is added this app would be very good!!! Currently I can't optimize my search because that function is missing.

I love the app the facy that i can like my favourite property.. but i really think its should have that feature you have on the web which takes you back to picture 1 when you are done with all .❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely wasteful. Spend hours looking through so many ads only to be told that the properties have already been sold. Call your local agent and save yourself the hassle.

Very convenient app , easy to use and the features are just what I needed got an apartment I loved within one week.

Photo viewing is a big issue. Viewing a property via a browser, the whole image is displayed - The App, however, crops off large portions of the image, particularly in portrait photos. The fact that the local estate agents provide criminally poor photos is enough of an issue, but then this bug makes their terrible photos even more difficult to descern any information from.

Some properties are not available and is no-longer available and the listing still shows on the application. Most agents don't even bother to reply on messages.

Top class Property App, loads of features such as the very innovative filters, photographs that loads easily, satellites imagery, etc. Even historic data for the suburb etc. Most impressive is the favourite tab. Lastly, using the app to even look at overseas properties. Excellent experience .... for free!!!

The app refuses to open as it cannot establish an internet connection whilst all other apps work fine and the phone is connected to the internet. Very disappointed
