I love this app because: 1. You can have virtual tours for some apartments which makes it very easy to understand the floorplan and room sizes. 2. The map view is amazing. You can check the surrounding areas and rent range. 3. WhatsApp feature makes it really easy to contact property agent. 4. The app is very easy to use and has no bugs. 5. No repetation of same apartments. How it can be improved: 1. Some information about the area should be provided. 2. Option to filter out areas.
It hangs and freeze.. and this happens like twice a a month, whatever you are updating messing with the basic.. I had to delete and install many times. (24.01.2022)
The Property Finder app makes it easy to select properties with clear apartments or villa photos and descriptions and very easy to contact the real estate agents.
Doesnt show accurate results, for example when searching by building's name, it shows either just 1 or 2 units and sometimes not even ONE. My filters are not restrictive at all, I search open and wide but I still can't manage to solve the issue. When using the web it is the same. You need to work harder on this.
Apps loads for ever. Web portal hangs on login screen for ever. Please fix the experience issues asap otherwise customers will switch to working alternatives.
Lol this app Ads is funny but not relevant to what the app does, stupid concept from the actors, and also tell me why it refuse to connect, better do something about it and also change the Ads
Good concept, medicore implementation. Many times, the app says there's no internet connection despite being connected. Very limited filter options. Sometimes no search results are shown. A lot of room for improvement which should initially start with getting rid of bugs.
Most of the ads I have come across are extremely outdated and although I report them, they're still up and running weeks later
It doesn't even open. And my phone is a good one. Funny ads though. Maybe the website is better
As a broker i found it best app , more easy with different filters as new listings, featured, low price etc. Again i receive authentic leads always. please add verified lisings fearure as well. Edit: unfortunately app stopped searching Properties. No longer giving any results
issue in opening the app... I try so many times but the app doesn't start
Since the last update the app doesn't run at all. Keeps giving the error "choose country" and try again. Tried clearing the cache and deleting the data. Tried reinstalling the app, still facing the same issue. Hoping you fix the app
PLEASE INPROVE FILTER FEATURE!!!!! WORST LISTED HOMES. Filters won't work. There is no report option. Lots of ads & unrelated listings. UI is good but very less feature. Total dissapointment.
App has a lot of bugs and errors.

please fix this problem.the app is not even starting up. it says to choose your country and then i receive a message that" unfortunately property finder has stopped ". i reinstalled it but i didnt see any changes. its the same. please fix this problem. please
It is good app, but the only problem is the date of the add does show and when you call agents they tell you it is sold and it is old add. On the other hand they don't remove the add when they don't have avaliblity
The picture they are adding is not the same. Most of them are already sold. They are showing the low rate appartment when we go for it they are telling they sold it yesturday or 1 hr before. Some want ready cash before signing the contrate (Fraud). Even the *verified* have the same issues.
Can you please not force the app to be in landscape mode while viewing photos? If I want to view photos in landscape, I can very well do it myself. Please don't force me.
Everything is costly like 4 or 5 star hotels.
It's not very difficult to implement functions similar to, if not better than, the ones on your website. But, oddly, the app has lesser features than the mobile website. Whose idea was that? 😄
App do not open likewise i think there is bug fix it.
Every time i try to add my property of interest in the feild dedicated for this option ..it removes the cursor after i just add 2 letters an it put me options ..plus the program was much better before these updates you have done..it became more silly and boring ..after it was my best app in the past ...using this app on mobile became bad
Could you please fix the bug where sqft is always getting selected? Even though I choose square meters, after I change a filter, sqft is always set as default. Thanks
Recently the app has been locking up with search error. Had to uninstall and reinstall too many times. Agree accuracy of the adverts is not great.
its not the same as searching the website. it only shows high priced rental properties. i dont see any apartment less than 30000 on app. whereas website does show
I think the property images are NOT OPTIMISED. My phone is running on mobile data. I browsed through a few properties and I noticed that the cache had about 82-85 MB taken up. I use an in-built mobile internet meter that logs the amount of data being transferred and thats how I can tell whether large amounts of data is being transferred. Not only is it taking up a chunk of mobile data but has also led to slow loading times due to large image size. That's a bad user experience, in my opinion.
