One very annoying thing with this app.... If the listing has a floor plan followed by a video. When you are looking at the floor plan, the video will auto start in the back ground. Very irritating

After so many updates, the favourite function STILL doesn't work. It's been years. Update again still doesn't let the favourite function work

Hello, I have been an agent and using propertyguru packages since 2018. But I am very upset about this: I use search agent tab in propertyguru App, using my name, result come out 109 agents, But I am not there. This means my name can't be searched in guru!!! This is a shame and will severely damage my image if a client found out I am not in the agent list in guru!!! Please settle the problem ASAP and inform me the cause and the updated status. ASAP!!!

Keep crashing recently Got worst, all my short list gone, keep appearing too many follow up request 21 error messages.

I have the same problem as many other users. The photos just won't load after the recent update. Before this, some features on the mobile app didn't work properly (e.g. you can't see some units after applying filters but they were there when you browse the website using a laptop), yet it's still tolerable. Now it won't be useful at all if you can't see the photos.

I've been a long time user of this app, this app is buggy and often have issues with the filters. Either it is not filtering properly The results or that after viewing one ad, when I back out, all my filters are reset. I'm using a Samsung galaxy note 20. It is not a problem with my phone's because it seems to have the same problem across a few models of android handsets.

It's a good app but some features are not as finetuned as it could be. For instance, the ability to rename the alerts. The adding of districts or name of property is not intuitive as well. After adding, it took me a while to realize I still needed to click on the search icon. And there's a bug where the selection of min value gets reset the first time you choose min value and then select max value. Subsequent times selecting min and max works fine.

I like the app and it provides most of the functionality you need to search property in a cleaf and concise manner. The only thing that does not work so well is the map view as when you go into a place to look at it and then go back to map view, all the other properties disappear. Then you have to return to the selection screen and search again, which is a bit of a passion

Absolute nightmare usability!! 1. The app constantly sign you out even though it has been used on a daily basis to search for properties. 2. While selecting search criteria (rent), Max price will jump back to Any if you first set the Min Price. So, what you gotta do is set Max price then Min Price. It's very counterintuitive. 3. Second pointer happens the same with Flat Size. This flaw has been around for very long and it's really poor of the developer not to notice it during testing.

Specially for rental prices: Overvalued, Exaggerated and Overpriced. Owners - If you could, please avoid your listing specially on this platform - just for some quick bugs by exploiting the pockets of families in need, and please stop forcing signing 2 year contract. Pandemic is over and momentum in back in this region now, borders are open, so be real, genuine, and sustainable while listing your unit rentals.

Search has improved a lot from previous versions where ads of areas kept intruding into my search results. Would be nice to have a filter for the ethnic eligibility as well. Quite annoying to have to manually go through profiles of properties only be find that u r of the wrong ethnic for that flat. Can't get app's feedback to work as well.

I used to receive email based on my shortlist criteria and am able to see the property details. However, recently the link in the email no longer zooms straight to the selected properties based on my criteria. Instead, it went to a long list of properties that is totally unrelated to my chosen criteria. What happened?

Auto rotate doesn't maintain landscape orientation on the app and forces the user to be in portrait orientation! This is bad for tablet viewing and use with larger touch screens. App has bugs in the search functionality and after several searches the prior search criteria still remain despite hitting the back key multiple times to navigate out of search criteria. The only way is to reset all filters which is not productive. Please fix these two pain points.

I am trying to find new apartment and I keep running into agents who have already rented the apartment but the ad is still active. The app should force the user to mark the property rented once rented. Also should allow option to mark some properties invalid, so that as an user those options don't keep coming back in my search. Also the pictures quality should be screened for better quality.

As such, this is fantastic app to hunt for your dream home. However, recently it is not functioning. I hope the team works on it to get it functional.

It would be better if the filter settings for the flats price range is incremental of $10K instead of $100K so that we can filter it according to our financial budget. Floor size option should be able to be toggled between sqft and sqm. Can include in X-Median transacted prices for the past 10 years. Old advertisements whereby the units have already been sold should be removed from the database.

It'll be good if the filters have more options. A lot of HDB flats are between 1000 to 1200 sq ft. it'll be great if we can key in the filter value such as unit size instead of choosing only from a prefix. I've to scroll through a lot of units that i don't want just to see those that I'm interested in. Works fine for browser version though.

the app and website are horrible, cannot see the picture of the house properly. Many houses dont even have good picture or any picture of the actual house. There are a lot of listing duplicates. It is a complete mess.

Update Jul 2019. Tried to search for freehold landed properties, minus cluster houses, but was swamped with search results for cluster house. Inter terrace houses show up in a search for semi detached houses. There's no difference between looking at the uncategorized, uncurated entries here and browsing newspaper ads. A nice app concept brought down by agents who only want to increase views at users' expense.

Good app, easy to use and definitely your best option in Singapore. However, there are many many Scam and Phishing adds posted with no way to send feedback on a posting. The house we are fully moved into is listed twice currently as still available, then the agent (who just stole the pictures from other posts) will likely say it's taken and try to show you something else. Beware!

After the update.. when I try to filter.. the default value is all checked in the check box.. and I have to unchecked all of them and left only what I want to find.. and there is no option to select unchecked all with a single click. This is lousy..

Unable to shortlist units. Deleted app and reinstalled. Was able to shortlist (the heart was clicked and it showed red) but when I went back to my shortlist page, it showed no property shortlisted. Very frustrating. Always have to end up searching all over again.
