Was great untill the first time it disconnected itself. Now constant connection issues and lag. Would be better if I could have the app act like a remote on my phone and no need for external server.
The app is full of issues, it took me ages to connect to the bot. Key: turn off mobile data while 'binding'. Once I did that it worked fine.
This app is an afterthought come to life as garbage. Truly unfunctional, unhelpful, un-everything. Do not recommend in the slightest. The wifi setup for the robot vacuum is the stuff of nightmares. Back away now.
very much satisfied with the device but... I had to reinstall the App on my phone and now I simply cannot bind the vacuum cleaner, which means I cannot control the water tank. Any idea, anybody, how could I solve this issue? thank you
Useless app... Loses connection every time and then says offline and has to bind to robot again. Schedule does not work. Would not recommend using this machine or app.
Dire app. Doesn't work properly, doesn't recognise an existing account. Doesn't actually bind properly to product. Makes the whole thing kinda pointless
app stop working constantly such a waist of time if u order one of these robot return them they will only work for a little while then stop or the app keep acting up and if u try to contact the developer waist of time no help no reply they just want ur money
It constantly complains of no network connectivity. The phone plus all the apps on it think otherwise...
I haven't figure out how to connect the app to the vacuum. And now the vacuum started to have problems. 😑

Constantly saying "Connection timed out. please check the network" when I clearly am connected to WiFi AND 4G!
If it decide not to connect you can't do nothing! A lot of problems with the app
Very clunky app. Poorly translated and seldom works.
Worked fine for first week now keeps timing out which is no good to me when are you going to fix this issue

Wanted to update my review after nearly 2 years of having this robot and app. I've never got the update firmware to work despite being on charge as it asks. It is a pain to connect but at the two stages where you need to connect to WiFi (once for your true WiFi and once to the robot) once it is connected, back out till you get to your settings then switch back to the app. If you are getting the account connection time out, try the American region. You have to unlink/link Alexa to re-enable that

Works ok but could do with a scheduled part to send robot back to charge after a length of time cleaning. Now can't get bot to connect to phone for use.
Got to connect initially to my s8+ Galaxy and Alexa, but then kept disconnecting and wouldn't re-bind. Wondering if it has to do with Wifi. I keep reading that it needs to be connected to 2.5g. but since it was working at first, I thought it had been resolved. The remote still works and the robot is excellent. This app needs a lot of work.
Application is broken, works for a while then needs a uninstall redo to work again after glitching out. terrible.. Ironically the Robot itself is great!: Better at nav/clean than any mid to low teir Roomba, and mob function actually functions really good.
